the idea is nice and i like some artworks, but i wont purchase this set.
besides mana clonfluence there is no card i really want. i know thats not the main point of secret lairs, but i would like to have cards i also wanna play with and not just collect them. because that goes mainly only for bearscape, but not the others.
not sayn they did a bad job, its the opposit, i am just a little sad that there is nothn of interest here for me
dont like the "CAR"... while it fits the set design theme, it feels of spot as a magic card. maybe in the future wizards released more uncreative trash that it will dilute more and more of what magic was so no one will bother anymore. but as it is, i really dont like this.
he is mythic and yet worse than narset, which is just an uncommon.
i think some of you didnt read it is just next card some1 draws in his turn, so most of the time just the normal draw. so he might force u to play the card u draw the turn you draw, which u might not allways want to, but it is also not that much of a deal. it wouldnt even be that much of a deal if it were each card some1 drew, but at least that would be better and worth be put on a mythic.
he is by far the weakest new praetor we got yet
I'm confused - isn't this just the buy-a-box reward for picking up a Collector's Box? Presumably no one is buying that box for the bonus - they want the premium flavor of cards in the box, or to re-sell it.
Comments like this for example - you pay $200 for the box, that's why you are there. This is just icing, I guess. It's not for me, but I don't understand the ire. Be angry at Collection Booster boxes instead?
i think it depends on how you look at it.
if its just icing for you, you are right.
if you look at it as an incentive to buy, it is a weak promo.
and if you look at it in a matter of "what do you need to do to get the token" Dontrike is right.
And to be honest, from a marketing point of view I think the idea of family based tokens is very nice, but the way they get released to the audience is feels wrong. those are things that should be in family based prerelease packs if you ask me.
when Otrimi, the Ever-Playful mutates on Henrika Domnathi , he is a 6/6 flying, trample.
if at the beginning of combat it is chosen to transform the creature, what stats will otrimi have ?
while it makes sense to make such a samurai with the way how they are designed in kamigawa, i kind of find it boring, that so short after Wulfgar of Icewind Dale we get another legend with the same ability.
and they make him so much better
1 more color
triggers enemy creatures attacks as well
and 3 mana (screw melee and 1 power, this is so much better)
They're continuing that silly owl watermark into 2022?
Why, Wizards? I might have wanted these.
I actually find the watermark pretty fitting for judge promos and dont mind it at all.
nowadays there r so many special cards, its nice to have this to differntiate where it actually comes from
i like the card alot, question is, if turn 3 2/2 with menace will be good enough.
the drain 2 life seems like a backup so it is not totally wasted. kinda cool

still 6/6 or now 3/4 ?
the fact that the spells stay in exile and that you can still copy them after recasting chun li is crazy.
will those secret lair cards be commander legends 2 cards ?
wizards got a promotion problem
and they make him so much better

kind of lazy powercreep by wizards

they copy so much but here they dont ?
