I think it's just what people expect to see. It's hardwired into the human brain to expect a feminine shaped torsoe to have boobs on it somwhere. The artist took one look at the guide and drew it, not even noticing that he was adding some mammaries that weren't there from the start. Heck, when I first saw the original art I noted that my brain registered it as having boobs. Then I thought "Why would a metal zombie who put itself together have boobs? It's not like it's going to need them" I went back and looked and was suprised to note that there weren't any.
There are some freaky pictures in that planeswalkers guide. The corpse of the angel especially. Though at least there are some pure mirrans left according to the last part. And the Accorders are still fighting. I love how knighs suddenly materialize when evil gets stronger. Did you notice it in Zendikar? First set had no knights, second had one, and then the Eldrazi pop up and suddenly the plane is flooded with level-up knights.
And mirrodin. Everything's okay, just one knight in the first set. Phyrexians appear and oh look, so do the knights. I love it.
I think what it comes down to is you have a preconceived notion of what "white" is (the good guys, and only good guys!) and what black is (the bad guys, and only bad guys!) And thus, you cannot abide their mixing and won't like any product that does this.
Its shown in your comments regarding phyrexian white cards also.
Its not necessarily a bad thing, but its also completely divorced from what the people who actually make the cards view as the colour pie so... don't get to surprised or upset when your preconceived notion is proved time and time again to be wrong.
I had a problem with white phyrexians so clearly it must be because I view white as always undeniably good and it hurts my little box I like living in. There's no other reason a person would have such an opinion is there? Well, maybe there is. I didn't like a couple cards in these decks so clearly it must directly relate to the third to last thing I felt like talking about. Nevermind the fact that there are no mono-white cards among these and nevermind that fact that none of them are phyrexian nor the fact that I never once mentioned good, evil, or phyrexians.

Ugin did have a role in the past of Zendikar but I suspect it will be a part of a future storyline. Ugin's ghostfire had nothing to do with Zendikar other than that it was part of a locking mechanism that was containing the Eldrazi. Part of a key. That's it. Who knows how many times Ugin used it's flame as a password for magical locks on planes troughout the multiverse before Bolas got him?
Her name is "<Something> of the Vast." I'm curious about what "the Vast" is. It could be an army, some organization or being she fights for, anything.
And it's very hard to tell what the card behind her is. There's more wings, so it could be an angel of some sort. No way to tell.

You can say "I don't care what these cards do, I don't like them anyway, just because of what they represent" as loud as you want, but that just means you should probably not be playing this game or at least keep it to yourself that you are not interested in products. It's a forum and last I checked, folks were allowed to express their opinions of the products being shown. Even if that opinion was negative (see Knights Vs Dragons thread). My opinion in this case was one of disinterest. So sue me.
I don't think you have the authority to be telling me what game I should be playing. Especially if you are going solely by my opinion of a single product within that game.
Flavor is more than just the colors of the card... I'd at least wait and see what flavor text she has before making a judgment about the character.
Yep. there's a possibility of that fixing it I guess. I'm expecting something along the lines of "I am the balance between light and dark!", "I am the super inquisitor!" or maybe just "I am the spawn of a demon and an angel! Gaze in marvel at my unbridaled emoness!". But we'll see.

Does the cleric in the first deck have both bat wings AND feathered wings? gotta be a new B/W Legend. That sucks. After realizing that, I havn't seen a single thing here I really care about.
Got the deck today. My friend loves his dragons and I lov my knights so naturally we put our money together and each grabbed a deck.
I am definitely not regretting it. The Knight Exemplar and White Knight with flavor text are an awsome suprise! I also didn't know there would be an alt art O-ring either. The art quality on the Knight of the Relaquary may not be as high quality as the original but now that I hold the card there's somthing about the artwork I really like. perhaps the pose or the background that makes me love it just as much as the originals. It also brought up the point in the hints section that Selesnya sactuaries help Knight of the White Orchid's ability which I had never considered before. I may throw some of those into my real Knight deck.
All in all I wish it had Tivadar, Waylay, Sunlance and more older knights but I am very happy with it.
