I love Mono Black. abyssal persecutor is my favorite "bad" demon. Pack your deck full of ways it to kill it and everything else, I like it more than Master of the Feast depending on what you're playing against.
Build UR delver first using swiftspears instead of snaps (you should have those I'd you play burn) next get the Kahn's fetches, get a decent grixis manabase and tasigurs, anglers and proxy for snaps
I knew I was forgetting something haha. Yeah definitely 3-4 stranglers minimum. I opted Ring over anguished due to the life loss, duress is due to a heavy burn meta (same reason for no anguished), I might consider getting rid of the surgical but it's a nice instant speed method of gettting rid of a troublesome card, I might move it to the side. Collective Brutality and Scourge sound like an interesting idea and warrants some testing.
I had 2 flex spots with a Matter Reshaper and Displacer. I also took out Whip which probably would be a second copy of Sorin if I had it, but they served the same function. I miss the lifegain a bit, but the sideboard can be used to deal with that (Which is a WIP).
I've been an advocate about Titi so I'm glad to see it getting some love, can't imagine playing a full set though, it's not the best top deck. I'm curious to see where Bedlam takes you, I feel like it's better in the U/R version since Tasigur and Angler are easier to cast but we still have to tools to make use of it, and not exiling our grave for delve is better for Snaps.

I'd say run 4 of these or you're not playing Processors.
Continuing my evaluation of Scourge, I honestly might bring it up to 4 of. Even if it doesn't become a staple like the above cards I think it's a pretty broken card. In our shell it's probably the best reoccurring creature we could ask for. Time will tell.
Between 4 relics and an extraction I don't really want anymore exile effects. I do want to experiment with extracting every scourge and playing them but it's not something I'd shift my deck to just yet.
I am LOVING Eternal Scourge so far. I run 3 right now. It's the perfect reoccurring threat that just won't go away, the only way to get rid of him that I can think of is through combat damage to send him into the graveyard which can be fixed with Relic or tucking him which isn't really used in Modern. He's quickly becoming my favorite 3 drop since he comes back if he dies unlike displacer, doesn't require a setup like strangler and doesn't whiff Matter Reshaper.
Some stupid and impracticable, but amusing tricks:
You can even path him yourself if you're mana screwed and bring him back.
Use Surgical Extraction on one in the graveyard to exile every copy you have then flash them all back.
I've learned to love having 2 of Titi. It may not be for everyone and might be meta dependent but I'd take it over YP any day. It walls off all burn creatures and they'll need to bolt + block to get rid of it and for grindy games, elves and tokens the board wipe can win you the game. Finally, if it's removed better they waste it on a 2 drop that flips by you just playing a game of magic rather than Tasigur or GDD.
Well speaking of trying new cards, it was either here or the Control thread but someone suggested using Grotesque Mutation as pseudo/bad lightning helix for Grixis. It was mostly ignored, but, I have 2 flex spots in my deck and decided to test it out, and it's been pretty useful for saving Delvers or making an early Angler devastating. Can also slap one on a Titi to kill a goblin guide and gain some life when they want to be cute and try to kill it by swinging and then bolting it after you block. Only obvious problem is that it requires a creature obviously and Vampiric Link exists.
I'm trying out Pherexian one life for funsies. It's only been relevant once, against a burn deck when I was mana screwed and I was dead before I could stabilize, but it bought be an extra turn where I gained half of my life through Smashers and Lifelink. Not sure if it has a serious place in the deck but it's not bad.
Funeral Charm was initially a budget option for IOK but I managed to pick a couple up. I'm still keeping 2 in because it turns out they're still really relevant. It's so flexible that it's never a dead card it can be pump, removal, discard or make a smasher unblockable, especially since I still run a couple of Urborgs.
It seems that many people have moved on to the taxes version but I enjoy the style of the process version more at the moment.
So, I've been testing out Whip of Erebos in my flex spot with good results. It works as a great Sorin 2 and the double black is easy to cast since I still roun 2 urborgs. Getting some form of life link is essential against aggro and it's harder to remove than Sorin.
I was about to say "but it is" until I scrolled up lol
