I'm betting liliana will not be included, since that will make her worth more than $500 for this version.
So if you buy a bundle and get her you've almost tripled your money right there, the other walkers may only be worth $20-40 in stained glass form.

The 8 play mats are worth it more than the cards bundle.

The bundle is on sale now but shipping to Japan is about $60, it's crazy, they're not shipping potatoes, it should be less than half that price.

So when do we get "Secret Lairs: ABU Edition"?

Most likely never, unless you want all the laces and blessing reprinted as rares again.

My lgs has a brawl league and 5-6 people meet on Saturdays to brawl, there are also a lot of commander players but they usually don't mix.
I have 3 brawl decks already and can switch them when I play to have the most fun, also 4 player games take a long time, over an hour.

In my opinion this is a turn 4 format so your deck should aim to win on turn 4,if not you will die to aggro decks.
I was able to beat a control deck that gained life and drew cards like crazy with my aggro deck because after turn 4 every other turn was lethal unless the opp could stall.
Also the graveyard dredge decks can win by turn 4-5 as well.

    Found out

I think there’s a playmat with the art as well

The artist is coming to Tokyo in January so I'll try to get a print of that art.

Edit- never mind, he's not coming to Tokyo but his art will be on display.

    is it tournament legal?

Looks like a silver border so no. Also this will go to chosen wizards employees only so why all the hype?

It's not really a dead card since it can be pitched to Hazoret also, and 4 targets is enough since you only need to draw one, as I said before the scrounger will come back to be sacced.

Discard is unnecessary in a hyper aggro deck like mine, I beat U/W control last week even though he drew a bunch of cards, the recursion and fast damage of my deck is enough to overpower his counters.

One copy of Judith doesn't make sense in any deck, either you play 3 or 4 copies of her.

You do know that scrounger comes back, and having 4 in the deck is enough, once you get one you can bring it back to sac it.
And it will come back in a deck with 31 creatures also I don't need hand disruption since I plan to win by turn 4. It's an aggro deck not a midrange deck.

What is the point of playing only one Judith in your deck?

This is the latest version of the deck after last weekend's tourney, I haven't had a chance to play this version but it should be much better than the previous one, and that one went 2-1 last saturday.

So the deck has even more power main deck and also will be able to win without needing to attack on turn 4 due to the heart fires main deck.
In the sideboard I am prepared to deal with graveyard decks in the form of rakdos charm and grafdigger's cage.
Against blue decks I can add more scrapheap scroungers/shrapnel blast to deal damage without needing to attack, and of course the one banefire to finish the game.

Farewell elks, you will be missed.

No they won't. Also he's alive and well in pioneer and other formats.

I went 2-1 last sat at my first pioneer tourney of my lgs. I lost to a dredge deck since I didn't have any graveyard hate in my sideboard, that deck went 3-0.

I will post the new deck changes and sideboard later this week, I did win one game on turn 4 as predicted.

I beat azorius control even though he drew a crazy amount of cards and gained some life, so this deck is the real deal.

I have tuned it so it'll be able to win on turn 4 more consistently. The deck doesn't do much first and second turns and then explodes on the third and fourth turns.
It can do 20 damage on the fourth turn so even if the opp gained some life and lost some life in the first 3 turns he'll probably still die in the fourth turn.

Also the deck doesn't need to attack to win which is why it's so difficult to fight against it. I have added more direct damage main deck and in the sideboard.

I feel like this is confirmation that the higher ups at WotC had no faith in this set's ability to sell based off of a combination of its themes, setting and lack of a Jacetice League member, so they relied on the tried and true method of adding a couple pushed cards to the set to ensure it sold well. Play Design had been doing such a great job, this is really the only reason I can think of for why this set has experienced so many problems.

I mean everyone immediately knew Oko was going to be oppressively good. There is no way Play Design missed that, or let it slip through the cracks.

I haven't been following the tournament play as well, but I understand the issue is using Oko to turn things into Elks? So Play Design tested the ability on their own creatures, but players use it how?

He can turn the food token into an elk too, so he keeps making 3/3 creatures every other turn.
Also he can exchange the food token for a small creature that the opponent has, so he controls the board by himself.
Glad I don't have any since the price will go down to about $20-$25 now, same for once upon a time.
I traded mine into the lgs last weekend for $17 which was a good move since now it'll be close to that price.

I have a red green ilharg deck that în trying to tune to make it a turn 4 win deck.
I think pioneer is a turn 4 format so if your deck can't win on turn 4 consistently it won't be too competitive in the format.
    I have a rakdos aggro deck that's a turn 4 deck.
