I know some don't like the rule change, but I think it was a welcomed and needed change. Yeah the colorless crowd is a bit sad, but it gives other cards who didn't see much play some needed attention. I started a new Sen Triplets build after the rule change hoping that maybe this time I can have some fun playing the deck.
The partial paris thing never affected me as my playgroup never used it, but I can only imagine how bad it was.
Also, I think Endbringer has it's merits in certain decks. Even the tap down effect on it is really useful.
As for the card, it's a really good tutor despite the downside. Can see play across all formats.

Choose two target players. Each of them searches their library for card, then shuffles their library and puts that card on top of it.

Right. Thanks for clarifying.
Oh yes, how I forget about food chain much like Tazri builds. Actually, now that I think of it, it's eerily similar to Tazri, maybe even better if we go food chain.
Right. She can grab walkers too, even legendary enchantments.
EDIT: I forgot she also tutors Paradox Engine. Yeah I'm sold now. As a Commander player, I'm loving this set.
My personal opinion since I didn't give one; he's good in superfriends but having no protection kind of sucks. At least it's a different way to win. He's also decent in dragon decks though I like the Dragons of Tarkir and m19 versions more for those decks, as well as his Alara version.
Edited it a couple of minutes ago after I noticed it from the translation on MythicSpoiler.
