Going to support Scourge of the Throne if it's not too late to do so.

I really can't say no to FREE extra combats on attacking. Just gotta be sure you're not the one with the highest life total. It's not hard as long as someone else on the table isn't drawing aggro.

I've built this deck. I've managed to justify through testing every inclusion that is within my budget. Notably this means I'm missing the triple-digit adds such as Force of Will, bazaar, ABU duals, Mana Crypt and Mana Drain.

I have come across a fairly significant problem. That problem is that I cannot find players with decks that can actually act as a challenge to even my version. I don't have a competitive playgroup nor have I found one so I don't play the deck out of respect to the other players. It's just that neither the cards nor the strategy is remotely "fair" when promoting "fair" strategies in part to grow my group through the introduction of newer players.

I simply don't get to play it enough. The last time I did was when one person in my group did show up with infinite turn Narset. After he ruined a multiplayer table, I 1v1ed him with this deck and started nuking his lands with Terastodon. One notable fact or flaw about his version is how I never saw any protection or permission from his build for any of the games. His whole plan was to try and race me, which isn't an amazing plan against tuned reanimator decks. It also doesn't help that this deck is simply better in 1v1 than his deck because you don't need to split who you target with all your answers.

One game, I tried semi-successfully to keep him off six lands. So in order to buy the tempo necessary to hit six lands, he cast enlightened tutor for Temporal Mastery on his endstep. In response I nuke his last source of blue at instant speed. Nice 7-mana Time Warp ya got there! Without his blue mana I was able to get there with mere tutor demon and terastodon beats.

These days, if I ever get a chance to even play the deck, I try playing it without partial mulligans. It lessens the bad "oops I win" feelings with a deck like this. Winning is not fun if it didn't feel like a challenge.

Running blue allows one to gain access to the number of multicolored counterspells that are fetchable with sunforger. I've seen sunforger run in 5-color partially for this reason.

Counterflux seems like a particularly good option.
