Psychic surgery does seem interesting with what you laid out. It seems that they might not have the fetchland out trick that they try. Also, with astrolabe banned, there might be more fetches in the future. Let me know how it works!

Your list only had 6 mill rocks. I would cut some stuff for 2 bells.

also, the debate gets renewed about whir vs colorless lands. I’m going to try a whir version and see how it goes. Collective brutality does handle excess lands in hand. I forgot about that one.

    All is well.

Soooo... Opal banned. Where do we go from here? Idk we’re as dead as people think.

do we just replace opals with lands? Or do we spice it up and put something else in that spot?
    Search for tomorrow?

Torpor orb sounds great! Also, I eat my words on Kaya. With Phoenix and dredge being such a large part of the meta, she is excellent. She is a huge out to chalice, AND Sam Black top 8'd GP Tampa with BG lantern with Kaya. He also wrote an article. Can't wait to try it out since it has been backed with data!

Sam Black posted a lantern list about a month or so ago, and he was advocating for 1 unmoored ego main and 3 board. I've tried it in a few matches, but I haven't faced many linear decks in my meta except for burn. So much burn.
Has anyone played the Phoenix matchup much or has SB advice?

I don't think Kaya is what our deck wants. It is an extremely narrow sideboard card. The window for eating EE is so small, and Tezz gets you out of the hole that EE put you in. Doing the spirit bomb thing is remarkably similar to Tezz ult, except it is slower than Tezz and offers no other options. But, try it out and give us some data.

What about the old school standard teachings decks that ran teferi and then were able to teachings for dralnu and lock up the game? Obviously dralnu is not good against burn, but I feel that this is a path worth exploring.

I believe it was said here:

    (At the bottom)
That you don't want to tap out on turn 2 for search because of the diminishing returns or effectiveness of remand. I could also see 1-2 tasigur in the main based on his size and activated ability. I have yet to play it but definitely interested!

Went 3-1 last week. I tried out trading post, but it just too durdle-ly and didn't do much except waste my time. It felt great to get back on the lantern plan again.

My sideboard is below, and any suggestions or ideas are welcome. (1 MD trophy and jar)

    1 Welding Jar
    1 Surgical Extraction
    1 Assassin's Trophy
    1 Abrupt Decay
    1 Collective Brutality
    1 Damping Sphere
    1 Rest In Peace
    1 Sorcerous Spyglass
    1 Spellskite
    1 Bontu's Last Reckoning
    1 Unmoored Ego
    2 Leyline of Sanctity
    1 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas

Hey! I've been playing the artifact prison variants for a bit, but now I'm back on lantern. Has anyone tested ghirapur orrery? It draws a ton of cards vs control and jund. I'll let you know what my list is when I nail it down after some testing and rust shaking.
I'm planning on going to the SCG modern in worchester in January if anyone wants to meet up.
I'm definitely testing out the Rest In Peace in my sb

Has anyone had any luck with Unmoored Ego? I was thinking about playing one main and/or board. Main in place of a discard going down to 4TS, 2 IOK, 1 unmoored ego. Has anyone done any testing?

Is there an article or sideboarding guide somewhere? I just took this out for a spin and lost to myself a bunch. Interested in the deck, I just want to know more.

Has anyone tried out trading post? It seems versatile in recurring things since we only run 1 academy ruins, and 4 life vs burn is good. I'm going to test it out and was just wondering if anyone else has any results.

Went 1-3 on Thursday. Lost against burn, hollow one, and burn. I think the deck is not in a good position in my meta, so I'm going to take a step back from the deck for a while. Some words of advice to those people new to this deck:
    1. The deck does not mulligan well. Keep any playable hand even though it is not optimal for that matchup.
    2. Jace sucks. Monastery siege is awesome! It seems counterintuitive, but it really is great.
    3. Blood moon might be better as Supreme Will in my previous list.
    4. The deck is very hard to play. Get reps in!
