A New and Exciting Beginning

The End of an Era

I've been thinking about it, and I sadly don't think it's a good card, and here's why:
First of all, it's a sorcery. This already is a big red flag for our deck. I'll make it short: being unable to cast it in response is a big downgrade from Aspect of Hydra and Vines of Vastwood.
Secondly, you'd want to compare this to other pump spells we have, to see which one gets us the most damage. If we look at Aspect of Hydra, which is generally seen as better than Giant Growth for our deck, you can see the Aspect will most likely give us 4 power or more. (Unless we're behind, but if we're behind we're most likely to lose anyway. Also part of the reason we don't play Giant Growth, but that aside.)
Scale Up is going to get us 6 power at most, and that is when our original creature has 0 power. In an average case, let's say our creature has 3 power, meaning that this will give us 3 more power at sorcery speed. The Overload is completely irrelevant for us.
The only upside I can see it have is when you T1 Experiment One, T2 Dryad Militant and Scale Up targeting the E1 so you can hit for 6 on turn 2, but that doesn't seem worth it in comparison with Aspect that can hit for 6 as a combat trick to finish the game.

You can't pitch a (green!) card when Karn and Lattice are on the battlefield, since they are then colourless.

Force is a cycle, and the green one is not even that bad!

    Force of Vigor
    2GG
    Instant
If it's not your turn, you may exile a green card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Destroy up to two target artifacts and/or enchantments.

I don't know how necessary this is for us, but since we're always short on mana, being able to pitch a card to get rid of things fast might be really strong for us! It'll have to be tested to see if the card disadvantage is worth it, and against which decks you'd want to play this.

It's sadly too expensive for us.

Just a small tip: you can edit your previous post, that saves doubleposting!

And that's a good question. Most people play 21 lands (correct me if I'm wrong), so have 2 flexible slots where you have 1. Some people play more 1-drops (Pelt Collector, or if you play fetches, Narnam Renegade), some like to add more 2-drops in the shape of Kalonian Tusker, or go for the less used 3-drops like a single Groundbreaker to surprise your opponents with; I would say test it out and see what you prefer.
I personally just think that Rhonas the Indomitable can be a weak spot in our deck: when it's strong, it's really strong, but it does nothing if it doesn't have another (strong) creature next to it, and removal-heavy decks can use that to their advantage. And, like Treetop Village, having multiples in your hand sucks a lot.

I'll create a generic sideboard for you here:

And again, I recommend reading Card Choices in the primer! It will help you a lot with choosing the right sideboard cards after you know what your meta is.

The new Saheeli looks like it has potential for this deck!

    Hello, and welcome!

There is nothing wrong with your list. I would personally put in 2 Treetop Village, and maybe cut 1 Rhonas the Indomitable (but that's more of a personal taste), but other than that your list looks very much like a basic fetchless list.
(What do you mean with the Collected Company part? I'm assuming it's a typo)

Do you have a sideboard as well?

    Hello and welcome!
I would personally say that your list is too 3-drop heavy, and I would cut at least 2 Rhonas the Indomitable and put in 2 more Forests. You really need 21 lands, especially with so many 3-drops!
I would also cut 2 more 3-drops, be it the last Rhonas or 2 Dungrove Elders, and put in either 2 Pelt Collector, 2 Kalonian Tusker (even though I'm not a big fan of the card), or (what I'd prefer) the 4th Rancor and 2nd Dismember.
If you want to go even lower, cut the last 2 Dungroves for 2 Pelt Collector (as you'd still have 5 3-drops then), but if you like to be 3-drop heavy, that's fine. Just do it with 21 lands.
Your sideboard looks pretty fine to me, you can choose to switch Feed the Clan for Life Goes On, but that's just a matter of what you prefer.
(I'm very tired at the moment, but I saw that you're going tomorrow so I wanted to give some quick advice in time)

Primer edit: changed the core of the deck from 2 to 4 Dryad Militant, with 1-drop flex slots from 4 to 2. Dryad is just too important not to have 4 in the main, especially in the current meta.

8 1-drops is fine. I would just recommend having all 4 Dryad Militants in the mainboard, as they are especially strong in the current meta. A lot of decks want to take advantage of the graveyard, and to be able to hinder that game 1 can give us a real advantage. You can put 2 Natural State or Deglamer in the open sideboard slots, as they tend to be pretty good in general. (2 Creeping Corrosion might be a bit heavy on the 4cmc; I personally play 1 but I don't know how others feel about this.)
Thragtusk is too expensive for us; if you want to have something for midrange/control I can suggest a single Thrun, the Last Troll, as it is really difficult to get rid of.
You can also try out 1 or 2 Hashep Oasis over 2 Forests, if you have them. They can help you push the last bits of damage through, and are sometimes used as budget alternatives for Horizon Canopy.
Other than that, your list looks good!
My final tip is just to read some of the Important Info sections in the Card Choices bit of the primer. Since you're relatively new to the game, they will help you understand how some cards interact with each other, like Lightning Bolt and Dryad Militant, Experiment One with Avatar of the Resolute, etc. And play some matches! I would love to hear what you think of the deck, and how certain matchups went for you.

Hey, I'm the person who made the primer. First of all, welcome to Stompy!

I think the list in the primer is pretty up to date: Rhonas the Indomitable can be left out or replaced with a Hooting Mandrills if you want to play with fetches, and with a fetchless list you generally don't want to play Narnam Renegade but instead play more Experiment One or Pelt Collector. Which one of them is 'better' is both vague and undecided, so I think it depends on both your meta and what you personally like/value more.
Take a look at the card choices section, I hope that will clear up some questions you might have (both in strategic and financial sense)

If someone else has something to add to what is not up to date in the primer, please let Break84 and me know! (For slightly different reasons)

Not to be a downer, but I don't think she is better than Gideon (yet, obviously nothing has been tested).
Gideon is able to create a token every turn, and with Serra you can only make one (that is a lot stronger than our other tokens, turning on removal for our opponent. On the other hand, it is Bolt proof, so it really depends on which removal the opponent has access to).
Her +2 only works for flyers, so aggro builds with Raise the Alarm and Legion's Landing, or decks that play History of Benalia benefit less from it.
Her ultimate is very good, but nonbos with Bitterblossom, which is one of our strongest cards.
I know it's not all bad, but I don't think this card boosts our deck that much.

The new mulligan sounds too strong for combo decks and Tron to be implemented, is my guess. It gives those deck a significant boost in power and consistency, and it seems unlikely to me that it's going to be used.
Would be amazing for Cheeri0s though, I completely agree Wink

I would say look at the decklist and card choices (including suboptimal cards) in the primer, that might help. I see you are trying to get the synergy of putting the -1/-1 counters on your 1-drops, how does that work out? Isn't it a bit slow in comparison to other decklists?
Also, I would really suggest adding Dryad Militant to your deck; it disrupts so many popular decks that you can't really afford not to play her.
Lastly, I'd say that for a Stompy deck, which wants to win as fast as possible, 6 lands that come into play tapped is too much of a hindrance for our gameplan.

Have you played with your decklist already, and if so, what are your opinions/findings?

First of all, congratulations on the results!
How did playing Pelt Collector and Experiment One go? Does it feel good to play both in a non-fetch list? Do you prefer one over the other?
How are the sideboard cards? You used a lot of singletons, are there some you were disappointed in/surprised with? Cards that you feel were better than others (Life Goes On vs Feed the Clan, Relic of Progenitus vs Grafdigger's Cage)?
Other general comments about specific matchups/cards you'd like to share?

I would have to disagree with you on using Aether Vial (and Dryad Arbor) in Stompy.
Playing Vial means playing either less creatures or less utility spells, it doesn't do damage by itself, and the boost it gives takes away from cards in your hand that actually do damage, and we really need as many creatures/pump as possible in our opening hand.
It also doesn't add any devotion, and Vial being destroyed means a significant tempo loss.
Dryad Arbor also doesn't add any devotion, you can't tap it when it comes into play (which is a big tempo loss if you don't play her with Vial), and both Vial and Dryad are absolutely awful topdecks, of which we want as little as possible since we want to apply pressure as much as possible. Topdecking Experiment One/Pelt Collector (but mostly E-One) already is as bad as it can get, and I personally wouldn't want to have 8 more cards I don't want to draw into.
