Okay, ignore my comments above as I have lost the ability to read cards correctly. I always thought you counted down a Saga, but you do indeed count up.
These are 2 decks I play with on Arena. I have the second one sleeved up right now and it's been fun and annoying. You either win big or go down in flames with both.
It doesn't remove counters. It adds them, therefore you couldn't go from 2 to 3 in the same turn. You can go to 1 from 2 or 3 to 2 at end of turn, then reuse 1 or 2.
I like it. I was trying to go creatureless if possible, but I do like the Mystic in there. I will have to put it together and test it out. I will need to squeeze in a Conjecture somehow, I just love that card to much not to.
I've seen a lot of draft decks trying to use Clear The Mind to win by decking, so just trying to put something fun together to taker to FNM. Mostly just cards I have in my trade binder. THis is the Arena version I'm playing and my paper version is almost the same, minus 2 Hydroid Krasis.
This may be better served as Simic, but the Insight's can save you sometimes.
How the deck works. Ramp up mana in the early turns while fogging combat when needed. Psychic Corrosion and Drowned Secrets mill your opponent and Gaea's Blessing and Clear the Mind refill your deck.
I went 3-2 last night at FNM running the deck below. My 2 losses were to an Esper control and an odd R/W aggro deck. I'm missing 2 cards from the main deck, just posting from memory as I threw it together a couple of nights ago.
I do like the Cleric. I think he could make a U/W build more feasible, with Zahid as the top end. Cut back on the Sentinels or Gravestones, and maybe run Crucible to get your lands back. Some cheap bounce spells to keep your opponent off their game.

You can probably drop the Curators and Padeem, as well as some of the artifacts. Thinking about the current environment, Silent Gravestone or Sentinel Totem to deal with Gift and Scarab decks. Drop the array, Dockhand and vehicles maybe replace with some card draw and counters. The new Tezzeret, Artifice Master could be helpful too.
You don't need the critical mass of artifacts to make something like this work.
Here's what I'm toying with right now. Looking at the old Erhamgeddon deck it was small efficient creatures for the cost and spot removal. I added some ramp with Impulse and Ashes.
Found this list over on Goldfish and was thinking about a Bant build. Change the Swordtooth for Zahid, cut the Poet and Mending and add some bounce or counters and Gaea's Blessing. I'm not sold on Gilded Lotus, I think Powerstones would be a better choice.
Has anyone looked at U/W using Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp, artifact mana, and counters/bounce spells. It would almost play like the old Erhnamgeddon decks. Get a big threat down early and blow up the board and sit back with cheap permission to control the board.

I totally glossed over the kicker elf, plus it has a 2 toughness so it will survive a Chanwhirler dropping.
Kavu has been an all star in here, either an early Bear or a 5/5 later in the game if needed.
