I'm surprised to hear you're still running Clear Shot in a world with Ram Through and Band Together — is the additional +1/+1 really pulling that much weight in your cube? Holding up three mana seems like such a pain when there's so many 2-mana variants, and that's not even counting all the fight removal at 1 mana.
Interesting to see Feast of Succession reprinted with the original art after all the controversy with Seb McKinnon. There was a gap after Dominaria United where we didn't see anything from him at all, new or otherwise.
Meanwhile Drown in Sorrow, which originally had art from Noah Bradley, got new art for this set.
Now that Grey Host Reinforcements is out, I think we could see Angel of Finality becoming an uncommon, especially in a Modern Horizons set since it's never actually been printed in a Standard-legal set.
Ion Storm keeps getting reprinted because of minor synergies, and every time it does it eats up a rare slot that could be spent on a card that actually sees play or is worth more than $0.10.
Indomitable Ancients ruins limited but is otherwise just an underwhelming vanilla creature, I think it could be fine as an uncommon.
Mark of Asylum is the sort of sideboard card that Wizards gets away with putting at uncommon nowadays, which they were more hesitant about back in the 2000s.
Moonsilver Spear seems kinda weak by 2023's standards — in a supplemental product I think it could absolutely be uncommon.
Vengeful Firebrand and Impetuous Devils are boring and intuitive. They're never going to be worth money and could certainly be uncommon in the near future.
It's good to have you back! I remember your Evaluate Everything project was one of my favorite things about this website back in 2019 so it's great to see you getting into the game again!
Minor side note is that you should be a little careful about Limited Resources, they have a long history of endorsing dodgy crypto stuff.
Has anyone thought about swapping in Tyrant Guard for Slippery Bogbonder? I think not needing to hold up the mana makes this a better include in the deck, even if it's weaker in a vacuum.
I had somehow completely overlooked Outland Liberator but it definitely seems like a better fit for the deck than Thrashing Brontodon. Thanks for pointing it out to me!
How does Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion interact with something like Oath of Gideon? And does Lae'zel give your planeswalkers an additional loyalty counter just for entering the battlefield, or only for when they activate their abilities? Thanks for any help you can provide!
That seems a little unnecessarily strong for just one mana. Stuff like Sheltering Light provides a similar effect but it requires white mana specifically and doesn't give any of the other advantages your design does. Plus the fact that there's five other counters involved makes this pretty confusing, especially if you plan to put it at Common. But other than that it's a nifty idea, good work!

Cliffrunner Behemoth seems so weak compared to the average Green four-drop these days, I think it'd be a fine uncommon.
Zenith Chronicler is a recent release that wouldn't be out of place as an uncommon in a Commander Legends set.
I do not understand why Knight of the White Orchid is still a rare. It has good stats but could absolutely be at uncommon like Gift of Estates.

Mentor of the Meek got downshifted recently so the time has come for Lunar Mystic to become an uncommon.

Moonsilver Spear seems kinda weak by 2023's standards — in a supplemental product I think it could absolutely be uncommon.
Scepter of Insight and Wine of Blood and Iron could be common. I will not be taking questions at this time.
With Zendikar's Roil at uncommon, Seed the Land could be too, even though it's symmetrical so that's a headache to remember.
Soul Ransom makes me think Spirit Away could be an uncommon someday.
Vengeful Firebrand and Impetuous Devils are boring and intuitive. They're never going to be worth money and could certainly be uncommon in the near future.
Between Lagomos, Hand of Hatred and Imperious Perfect, [[Rakka Mar]] should be downshifted in the next Masters set.
Minor side note is that you should be a little careful about Limited Resources, they have a long history of endorsing dodgy crypto stuff.
