Spells cost an additional 1 to cast for each creature that attacked this turn.
Thus, the War of Five Rivers became the War of Four, merely because neither duke wished to deal with one obstinate shopkeeper.

    Adinian Chronographer 2U
    Creature - Human Scout (R)
    Suspend 4 - U
When Adinian Chronographer enters the battlefield, draw a card.
UU: Flip three coins. Exile Adinian Chronographer with a number of time counters on it for each flip you won.
A few souls embraced Adina's shattered timeline, risking everything to explore everywhen.
    2/1

    The Untethering 1UUUU
    World Enchantment (M)
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player controls exactly one tapped creature and/or exactly one untapped creature, put those creatures on the bottom of their owner's libraries in any order.
If The Untethering would be put into a graveyard from play, instead exile it with four time counters on it and it gains suspend.
After the Untethering, to be unobserved on Adina was to find oneself in another time.

Interesting group of cards y'all have here.

TheDrB - Reminds me of the Sweep mechanic from Kamigawa, especially Charge Across the Araba. Boosting toughness isn't what you'd first think of with those colors, but it could sneak in under Shades.

Hemlock - I love the way you played with the theme of the week. I appreciate the hidden drawback of hexproof or (rarely) indestructible creatures ruining your day - especially if it happened as a combat trick. I just don't know if either the stated or implied drawbacks are enough to balance the destruction. (This card will straight up win you games - who needs useless tapped lands when you're just going to swing for lethal into an empty field.) It could be. I think the strength of the card would truly depend on what other cards are in its set, to a degree I've not seen in some time.

Legend - I am greatly amused by this card. Using the War-style of planeswalkers to remake Necropotence was clever, but having him give out Lilianish contracts is cute. This feels like it should have been a Lily instead of Bolas, though.

Artorias - I've seen this design often. Not recently, but when Relentless Rats first broke that design space, Modular was one of the most common options that people experimented with. It's still an elegant design. I half-expect it to be a real card someday.

RaikouRider "Total" gets a bit lost behind the two qualifiers - I misread it multiple times - but the qualifiers are necessary. I love what this card does, I love how it does it, and I love its relation to the Pernicious Deed family. There just needs to be a better way to word it... Maybe something like "Choose any number of target non-x, non-x permanents; destroy them all if their total cmc..."

Jimmy Groove I could see it if it was just basic lands; a color-fixed Endless Horizons seems right. This is... An argument could be made that it's a closer analogue to Nissa's Triumph, except that the drawback on that card is dramatically greater than this, and you can still use this one as an EH/Mana Severence on top of that.

Algernone25 - I actually like this card. I enjoy the way affinity interacts with variable costs.

Search your library for any number of legendary cards and exile them. Then shuffle your library. Put a -1/-1 counter on each creature for each card exiled this way.

netn10 - I get the feeling that you meant "Consciousness," not "Conscience." Still, fair effect for the cost with some fringe applications that excite the Johnny in me.
TheDrB - I love the winsomeness of the title and flavor. But this can exile artifacts you don't control, without targeting, and as part of a cost so there's no response - AND gives you an extra turn. This one card would kill entire archetypes.
Jimmy Groove - Interesting take on future sight. It basically gives flash to the spells it peeks, which is a huge boost to win-game-at-upkeep triggers. I think it should specify non-land cards, since it specifies casting and not playing. Still, it would encourage more random bursts of song at FNM, which I'm in favor of.
Artorias - Just gorgeous. I'm a little bit concerned about self-mill strategies, but also a little excited by what this could do.
picnic_bomber - The only other card with that ability is 10CMC. I could maybe see it if it got a charge counter every turn and reduced the hand size by that number. In one go, at 4CMC? Hard pass.
willows - I like the imagery, but this would give rise to a whole new genre of storm decks, dedicated to cheating this out.

Ryder052 - I like the similarities to Insidious Dreams - it really feels like the kind of card Wizards would print in a Return to Otaria set. It does feel a little broken right now, though. The drawback that you can't get lands isn't as strong when you can get rituals.

StarJake - That...is a lot of card draw. Drawing an extra card on each player's turn starting on turn three... I wouldn't want to be on either side of that game.

Gateways7 - You put this card up before Feather was spoiled, right? They fit together perfectly, and both make me want to play aleatory, one of the first cards I ever opened, and one of the first cards I ever forgot. Funny how Magic works like that. The miracle could stand to be more pronounced, but this is still good.

Artorias - Neat combat card. I kind of wish you had to pay life for the miracle, highlighting differences between colors, but the flavor works well without it.

void_nothing - I think I see what you were going for with the flavor text, that since the spell has a miracle cost, it's a gift from a deity. I think the only way that would work for me was if the spell didn't have a mana cost at all, and maybe had an innate way to put it back on your library. Mechanically, it's on par with mirrorweave and infinite reflection...except that you can use it with creatures like Hydroid Krasis, creatures with Modular or Graft, or even Academy Elite for one-sided, even-kills-indestructible wraths....in blue.

Algernone25 - "...frantically searching" is cute. I think it's a little undercosted, compared to In Bolas's Clutches, even without the miracle.

Whenever combat damage from Vannifar's Last Theorum removes any number of loyalty counters from a planeswalker, put that many +1/+1 counters on Vannifar's Last Theorum and you may draw a card.
Vannifar's Last Theorum can't be blocked as long as it has fourteen or more +1/+1 counters on it.

Should really be a snow creature, shouldn't it? I like the card, but feel like it's undercosted. Hard to kill, generally a hard clock, and a cockatrice on top of that...this wouldn't be printed at less than 5cmc.

    F-Un Racer RRR
    Creature - Goblin Rigger {R}
Picture - Goblin in a race car, sitting on a helmet. The art window is tilted (presumably by g-forces)
    Haste, Trample
Whenever F-Un Racer would untap, target opponent instead gains control of it, untapped.
    1R: Shuffle target artifact face-up into it's owner's library. Put a +1/+1 counter on F-Un Racer.
If the top card of any library is a face-up artifact card, sacrifice F-Un Racer and it deals damage equal to it's power to you.
All the right moves, none of the left...

You get an emblem with "Whenever a source deals damage to you or a planeswalker you control, prevent 1 of that damage." Search your library for a planeswalker card with converted mana cost less than or equal to twice the number of emblems you control, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
Epic (For the rest of the game, you can’t cast spells. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell except for its epic ability.)

They might be too slow for your main deck, but some of the flip wolves would slot in well to the budget version, especially since you don't want to be casting spells on your turn. Afflicted Deserter is some nice artifact hate; instant speed removal can nullify it, but it's more likely to trigger twice than Tuktuk Scrapper). Also, Mondronen Shaman would be good for a chuckle or two.
