Sorcery
Each player searches their library for a card, reveals it, and removes it from the game. Starting with the active player, each player may play the card removed from the game with ~ without paying its mana cost, and at any time they could play an instant.
Storm
We're going old-school with this one.
Psionic Knight 3UUWW
Summon Legendary Knight
Flying
If Psionic Knight would be the target of a spell or ability, you may copy that spell or ability and play it without paying its mana cost. You may choose new targets for the copy and the original spell or ability.
2/3
Richard Garfield would have a heart attack.
Subliminal Printing Press4
Artifact ,T: Reveal your hand to target opponent. That player chooses an instant card from it. Imprint that card on ~. ,T: Copy a card imprinted on ~. You may play that card without paying its mana cost.
Which ones and how many of each are certainly up to you, but those are cards you need to seriously consider adding. Honestly, your kill is questionable at best, though I can't say I'm thinking of a better one for Standard Control (a deck I dislike running in closely-timed tournaments, as it is).
Also, in regards to Consult, I'd lose the sorcery draws and replace them with something faster. The last thing you want is to be holding Consult turn 3, but unsure if you want to play it because you need to be able to counter things. Instant draw is pretty much mandatory for control; sorceries are a no-no, if it's at all possible to avoid them.

Perfect Genesis
Enchantment
(Perfect Genesis is Green.)
When Perfect Genesis comes into play, put a colourless 1/1 Ameoba creature token into play with, "At the beginning of your upkeep put a copy of this creature into play under target opponent's control and under your control."
Sacrifice Perfect Genesis: All Ameoba's get +1/+1 until end of turn.
:symg:, Sacrifice an Ameoba: Target Ameoba gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
When a player controls 12 or more Ameoba, all Amoeba gain +1/+1.
:symg::symg:: put a 0/0 colorless token into play that is a copy of target Amoeba.
:symu::symu:: Target creature becomes an Ameoba
All Ameoba gain "Sacrifice this creature: Draw a card."
Hey there. I'm here on the behest of DarkArchangel, who insisted I finally get an account here. The name's Bryan, and I've been playing Magic for as long as I can remember. My first starter box of cards came from Ice Age, and I've been playing pretty much ever since.
I'm an avid trader, but not a huge collector; Beta lands and other Vintage chase cards, yes; foils and Unglued lands, no.
I prefer to play Vintage, but I'll extend myself into Extended and Standard if I have to. I'm best known (in my area) for my Vintage WGD antics, as well as piloting a deck that features Chimney Imp as a win condition to the finals in a local Extended tournament.

I, for one, support our new Kithkin overlord (in Vintage).
Not enough countering. When I build a deck that focuses on counters, I try to run 20 or so of them. My suggestions?
Mana Leak
Rune Snag
Spell Snare
Muddle the Mixture
Flashfreeze (sideboard)
Remand
Remove Soul
Convolute
Rewind

I think it's a bit overrated; fair for the cost, yes, but any combo deck that would be shut down by this was obviously not thought out well.
Then again, my combo decks are also part control/removal, so I tend to have answers.
All in all, it's still a good card, but it's not the crazy bomb every wants to believe it is.
(Someone is going to prove me wrong at some point.)
