For the UB Control Eldrazi I suggest these videos, they are interesting:
My personal thoughts about Ulamog's Nullifier is that It's not very good. Maybe 1-2 per deck because It's a worst Mystic Snake since it requires to many conditions to do something relevant. It's cool because It's an Eldrazi and has counter build in but processing 2 cards for a maybe will counter effect with a weak body. It's more situational than we really need.
Otherwise I like how different this deck works than other colors do.
Above is my current decklist. First off, I am eventually replacing mainboard duress with Inquisitions, just don't have them yet and I don't own Marsh Flats so I am using a Black fetch subsitute.. just gotta pick them up. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd like to try out some Tidehollow Scullers but have no idea where I might be able to trim and fit them in. I am also a bit worried about adding more W to the deck. I can easily get colorless and Black which are the key "colors" but there are still some games where getting the white source can be more problematic.
In your deck if I would try Tidehollow Sculler I would play them instead of Spellskite and/or discard spell. They are the only places I can see them without hurting too much your main deck (you can remove 1 Oblivion Sower but..). The thing is that Spellskite is very versatile against various decks (twin, infect, boogles) so if you cut them at least move them to sideboard. If you cut 1 discard spell (it hurts because they are cheaper) you will replace one effect with other similar(both "discards"/"exile" cards from hand) so you are not loosing too much. Just be careful with Tidehollow Sculler against removal stuff before you process their exiled card. Since having exactly to play can be harsh I suggest some Fetid Heath to fix it turn 2 or just play Caves of Koilos instead of Bloodstained Mire/fetch land so will keep your mana base without loosing consistent.
I really like reality smasher but i think it is better for br and monoB than it is for us. Just because they are more aggro and rampy than we are. I still definitely think it's wirth a spot, im just not sure where it fits in this strategy.
I really like lingering souls in this deck and it has been consistently good for me, but i also like sculler and think I probably play more colored sources than others seem to.
I have to say i like the idea of md censor. I tried a couple in the side and they were good. But since we already play path and gq md i could definitely see the argument for a md inclusion.
I think there is a lot of upside to reality smasher but as you said Its more likely that'll find a spot in mono black or a hyper aggressive BR build that likely forgoes sower and the top end.
Souls gives this deck a ton of game against the field and while I could see the mana denial push with Path & Aven, to me it would be a meta call and have a place in the sideboard likely competing with crucible of worlds slot.
I mean they are strong cards but do they fit the currently deck list (lingering souls one) we are playing? At least do they deserve a space because they do something the others can't do?
Among the new cards I think Endbringer can share some space with Oblivion Sower (3 Oblivion Sower and 1 Endbringer) because End is very versatile. Reality Smasher is very aggressive but I don't know if we really want to play so aggressive at least not with the currently deck list because we would need to cut something good to trade with something very aggro. It could be good killing planeswalker but...very situational.
I agree that every choice is a renunciation. I think that white has great responses to any threat but they are all very specific to combat something.
I like Slaughter Games against combos like Splinter Twin/Scapeshift because removing those cards will just break their legs and without taking a remand. I think that is very possible to splash 1 Blood Crypt or Sacred Foundry main deck to have it sideboard against those decks.
Against mirror match just try to remove from the game their Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger copies as soon as possible before they can play it. Even if they "assemble" their Eye of Ugin they will not have anything that we can't handle.
I love Kozilek's Return but I don't think It will see or at least will be played at full potential in any list people are playing right now since they are playing only cost 5-6 eldrazis (not counting Ulamog). I'm not saying this card is not good (it's very very good) but needs a proper deck build to use it's full potential.
Very interesting StoneCloaker! I think 1 copy could be interesting to buy back Blight Herder/Oblivion Sower during end phase or save them from a removal. Not bad even if you "return" a token or counteringSnapcaster Mage target.Even if you keep returning Itself to remove one card It's not bad.
Soon we will have a huge main primer update with some updated information, card choices, deck lists and some gameplays of BW Eldrazi Processor against other matches! Stay tuned! =)
1st time posting anywhere, so bare with me...
I've addressed Scapeshift & Tron matchups with more Ghost Quarters, Discard & targeted exile in MB and SB. For Burn, hoping discard will help against it. Would like to add some life-gain in SB.
Ghost quarters is our best bet against tron, but its still rubbish against scapeshift. They just get to 7 and win. We can't interact outside of discard. I bet the UB version has a better time, but BW is just rubbish. I think our only chance is either discard + surgical extraction a scapeshift or ghost quarters + surgical a valakut if they happen to play one early. Even then, our odds are bad. We actually have a much better matchup against tron than we do scapeshift. Maybe 33/66 against tron, but 20/80 to scapeshift. Its really really bad.
Well, theres a lot to cut vs burn, so I side in 3 rest for the weary, 2 spellskite (If they didn't see a relic), 2 purge, and I think thats it. Im using the relatively stock list.
One interesting card I saw in one list is Timely Reinforcements in the sideboard. Seems interesting to survive and gain some life until you can stabilize.
Hello to everyone, i usually play g/r tron but when i saw this deck archetype i knew i had to take it for a spin.
As budget isn't a concern, any tips on which list i sould try? EVENTUALLY I'LL MODIFY IT FOR MY META.
Ive had really good success with this deck vs burn. We really want to be jamming our life gain early to stabilize. Tapping out T4/5 to try to put a creature in play to gain life is often way too late, and at best, it gets skullcracked/atarkas command. These decks are running SIX skullcrack like effects post board vs white. No thank you.
Interesting what do you sideboard against burn? Maybe against burn the alternatives for this deck are Spirit Link/Vampiric Link against Monastery Swiftspear/Eidolon of the Great Revel and/or Sun Droplet but this last one is kind a little slow if you don't have multiples on the field. Against burn we need to be careful about playing artifacts/enchantments since they play Destructive Revelry sideboard. Other alternatives are Spellskite to redirect lightning bolt and take 2 instead of 3 damage. Not a definitive answer but to gain some time.
Posting some deck lists that are winning some modern leagues at Magic Online:
Along side Miren, the Moaning Well other interesting card for Blight Herder versions is Tomb of the Spirit Dragon. With Blight Herder and tokens in play you are gaining 4 life every turn without sacrificing your creatures. Just 4 life if you only have 1 Herder but how ignorant is if you just have 2 Herders in play and gaining 8 life every turn? =)
For Tron Pithing needle seems really good, as does Mindcensor. I've actually been having a lot of success w/ GQ and and Exteripate[/card/Surgical Extraction. It's not even really card disadvantage because you take out their 4 tron lands. Another option is stony silence out of the board, we probably want this for affinity anyway, and turning off our own relics isn't a huge deal since tron generally doesn't use it's gy as much (barring academy ruins recursion which we still have GQ/Extirpate for) I have only had the chance to play the monoU variant so far but I have found MD GQ to be enough.
Personal card preference: I don't think this variant needs mindstone or expedition map since we are slower and more controlling than monoB and BR. It may be a meta call but I think we can better use that spot for spot removal or discard.
@VrynsMindMage: Tormod's is probably ok, but the big benefit of relic is that it cantrips. Also exiling everyone's yard is a good way to shrink Goyfs.
As you said against tron probably the best and faster way to deal with it is Ghost Quarter + a grave/library exiler like Surgical Extraction/Extirpate. This play just slows them down so you can develop your game faster than they could recover. Not counting that your Oblivion Sower will just ramp 4 mana if you steal the lands you Extirpated. If they assemble tron you will have serious problem trying to deal with Karn Liberated/Oblivion Stone and their own Eye of Ugin.
There is a separate thread for BW processors in the deck creation forum, my current list along with those of others is there
It seems a bit silly to split the threads at this point in the deck building process. If ALL of the variations of zoo can coexist under one thread, can't these three different splashes?
I have asked for the return of the BW Eldrazi Processor. The reason? The same of the people that just didn't notice that thread existed. There is too much information in this thread. People are talking about very distinct combination of colors and trying to find a final mana base that works for all versions.
Trying to focus in one single version/build here is very difficult because we talk about one version in 3 posts than somebody starts to talk about a different version/color/build. If you miss one day you just don't know what is happening anymore because your question was at page 3-4 and people are talking about other stuff. I think this thread is more for general discussion but if you want to focus in just one single version/color/build running a different thread is better for focus purpose only.
This can be the most popular primer for Eldrazi processor but the main page was just abandoned (no update/no decklist) and new people just don't know where to start and jump into the last page in the middle of different discussions. Unfortunately all the other cool deck ideas in the middle of this thread just get lost because they had no focus.
BW Processor version at that thread already has an interesting deck build that people are talking specific about that version. This helps the deck to improve faster (at least that version) otherwise it probably would get lost in the middle of this thread.

The thing about the new cards like Reality Smasher/Eldrazi Displacer/Endbringer (not counting Kozilek, the Great Distortion) is the question: Are they better than the currently Eldrazis that we are playing (Blight Herder/Oblivion Sower)?
I mean they are strong cards but do they fit the currently deck list (lingering souls one) we are playing? At least do they deserve a space because they do something the others can't do?

ps: It's me or is this a perverted gargoyle?
Welcome! =)

1 Ghost Quarter
1 Brain Maggot
Interesting inclusion of Batterskull as an additional threat! How is it working in your deck?
Against burn I would remove 1 Relic of Progenitus and 1 Brain Maggot from your sideboard and play Timely Reinforcements since you are not playing fetch lands (otherwise Rest for the Weary would work fine too). Other alternative are main deck Shambling Vent.
Yeah probably against scapeshift we should keep playing thoughtseize + ghost quarter with a grave/library exiler like surgical extraction/Extirpate. Ghost Quarter just in case they play Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle so you can extract them or if you have lucky discarding Scapeshift and exiling it. Other possibilities along side this plan is Leyline of Sanctity to give you sometime until they can cryptic command it. You use this time to do the main hate trick so you can play more safely.

Against Blood Moon I think Celestial Purge is the best answer for this deck since It's more versatile not only dealing with Moon but with Splinter Twin, Liliana of The Veil, Keranos, God of Storms or other thinks like Young Pyromancer that these same decks play together.
