Are you really expecting Palin to just condemn her daughter? I would be much more hesistant to vote for a VP that is willing to disown her own daughter because she got pregnant. If anything, Palin support of her daughter shows her emphasis on family values. It's certainly not hypocrisy.
Besides, character attacks - and even worse, attacks on a politician's children - is the lowest form of politics.

Ruric Thar, the Unbowed to punish them for casting it. Stormbreath Dragon to force them to cast another.
Experiment One and Lotleth Troll are naturally resistant to Verdict.
I don't know about that. You just design the card top-down, think of the fair mana cost and make it cheaper than that, and then think of the fair power/toughness and make it better than that.
It's how you go from the Nemean Lion (a monster who could not be killed by mortal weapons) and turn him into Fleecemane Lion.
There is.
Hostels though are much more common in Europe than here (although you can still find them, depending on where you are).

Don't have much use for a weapon because I live in civilization.
I thought it was mediocre, but it may actually be borderline unplayable.
That's been my problem too. I tried to counteract its slowness by going larger and playing the most powerful creatures in the format, but RWB stops this deck cold. UW and Mono Red are manageable matchups, but RWB just plays the same game plan that we do, but plays a better version of it with Rakdos' Return and card draw.
Well said.
In RG there still aren't any, but I would look at stuff like Kalonian Hydra, Polukranos, World Eater, Deadbridge Goliath, Ghor-Clan Rampager, etc.
FNM is still pretty casual. At so called "competitive" shops you'll usually just see 25-50% of the room on a tier deck and everyone else playing their own thing.
You'll probably lose, yeah, but that doesn't mean you should skip FNM. Ever since we lost DCI ratings, losing games isn't really a big deal unless you throw a hissy fit every time.
Could do that, or you could look at the Standard forums here on Sally and look at budget/competitive decks similar to what you are thinking of, and then go out and buy those singles from an online retailer.
