1) Rounds will have ~5 days for completion.
2) Use deckcodes to check your opponent.
3) No shows will be dropped.
4) Save gamelogs/IM logs/PMs in the event of a game dispute(print screen if necessary).
a) Don't try to bully your opponent. You do that, you'll be dropped and barred from the next tournament.
b) If you try to edit logs or screen shots, you may be permanently barred(more likely than not).
5) Tournament thread is for match round results and contact difficulties.
a) Yes, idle chatter about your round is ok, so long as you are not giving away your opponent's tech.
b) For contact difficulties posts, keep it short. I don't want to hear how you were on for 9 hours and they never replied and you couldn't play because of<<insert dramatic tragedy here>>, because then the other person is going to counter...and the thread turns into a giant mess. Kapeesh?
If one person loses the connection...the other person just doesn't close the window and they can reconnect. You only lose the game that way if you're dumb about it. If it crashes, sure, but Cockatrice isn't crash proof either, and I've been using MWS for about 5 years and it has only crashed one me once.
That being said, since I need to test for Indy, I will begrudgingly post a code sometime soon.
Edit: On a related note, I never got my trophy under my name for top 2 in the last one. Who do I talk to about that?
Can you send me a PM, and I will forward it onto the admins?
I've read some people here who prefer Cockatrice, and some here that prefer MWS. All of the good things that people listed about each program is featured in Lackey CCG. Lackey is far superior to both of these programs, except for the smaller player base. And if we're setting up matches with each other, there's really no reason not to use Lackey. People just need to try it out.

Players Barred from Participation
If you're on here, that means you are barred from playing. No ifs/ands/buts about it. There is no expiration; you come off the list at the TO's discretion.

In that case, the solution might be to provide separate subs for each of the decks in the developing competitive area.
Thoughts, mods?
Seeing how much is involved in getting subforums set up for top tier decks, is increasing that workload a good idea?
Vintage is set up to be completely open to multiple tracks of discussion, as is the Modern Established section. Legacy is a different breed, and the last discussion saw no need to change the setup.
As always, this topic is open to discussion when I do the regular meta update in their respective forums.
So now that I have a decent amount of time again, I would start the MTGS tournaments back up. I'd like to know, from you, which you would prefer to use: MWS, or Cockatrice?

Then we cut to the Top 8.

Does Lackey have security codes?
The majority wanted Cockatrice.

Let's keep this in the realm of feasible possibilities, thanks.
