Storied Blade1 Artifact - Equipment U
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and gets an additional +1/+1 for each name counter on Storied Blade.
When equipped creature is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a name counter on Storied Blade and equip it to a creature you control. Otherwise, remove all name counters from Storied Blade.
Equip 3 Tempered to guard the clan, sharpened by the tales of the ancestors who wielded it."
Does anyone else remember the hokey tutorial video that came with the Magic 1999 two player starter set? From what I remember, the video took place in the Magic 'R&D' lab and was hosted by some corny scientist dude forcing two guys strapped in chairs to learn magic and shocking them whenever they made a mistake. It also featured a horrible CG Vizzidrix.
Sadly, I lost my copy of the VHS a few years ago and haven't been able to find it on youtube. Hopefully someone in the magic community still has a copy of this 'gem' and could graciously upload it for the lols.
Inevitable End3WBR
Sorcery
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a permanent.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player controls no permanents, then he or she looses the game.
Pickottie: In addition to the reasons you stated, this card also potentially digs much deeper than either of the cards you listed. This makes it potentially more valuable in the late game if you are sitting on a heap of mana, need a specific answer, and can't tutor for it. Mind you, that's a lot of ifs. Good design.
Gruul Hydra seems good as is, but I really think it should have Bloodthirst.
NecropossesorBB
Creature — Spirit (R)
When Necropossesor enters the battlefield, return target creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. Necropossesor is soulbound to that creature. (If Necropossesor or the permanent it is soulbound to would leave the battlefield, sacrifice both.) 1/1

Fateseal 2, then target opponent discards two cards and draws two cards.
Smuggler's cache -- too good with library peeking cards, tutors and fetchlands (scry, sensei's divining top, sylvan library, all fetchlands even terramorphic expanse). I'd pack 4 of these in practically any deck -- it's so good that decks that don't have peeking/tutors/fetches will now get at least fetchlands. I was going to suggest adding a shuffle clause, but it won't solve the interaction with tutors and fetchlands.
Yea, upon second thought, I have to agree that it is too good. How about slowing it down a little.
Smuggler’s Stash2 Artifact (U)
When Smuggler’s Stash enters the battlefield exile the top three cards of your library face down. t: Name a card. Reveal a random face down card exiled by Smuggler’s Stash. If its the named card, then you may put it into your hand.
Liar's GambleBB Instant (R)
Name two cards and choose an opponent. The chosen opponent chooses one of the named cards and searches your library for all cards with the chosen name and exiles them. Then search your library for the other named card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Smuggler’s Stash2 Artifact (U)
When Smuggler’s Stash enters the battlefield exile the top three cards of your library face down. t: Name a card. Reveal a random face down card exiled by Smuggler’s Stash. If its the named card, then you may put it into your hand.
Smuggler’s Stash1 Artifact (U)

Leyline of Ruin2RR Enchantment (R)
If Leyline of Ruin is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Whenever an artifact or nonbasic land becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to it’s controller.
Stalwart Guardian: Counters other than +1/+1 and -1/-1 have been largely phased out because they are clunky and can cause problems when there are multiple types of counters on a permanent. Having the creature put straight +1/+1 counters on itself wouldn't break it. The cards activated ability is red and not white. Id change it to only be usable on attacking and or blocking creatures.
Blue putting -1/-1 counters onto something doesn't seem right outside of a block like shadowmoor. Blue shouldn't be able to easily remove a creature permanently once it hits the board. Id change the effect to either be -#/-0, "creature does not untap during its controllers next untap step", bounce, or somthing else that fits with blue.
Korlash, Planeswalker: I like were you are going with this card; however, I have a few problems with it. Having a planeswalker that costs 5 with a loyalty of 1 looks silly, especially when said planeswalker is Korlash. I suggest raising his cost up to 6 and his loyalty to 5. I'd also lower the loyaty gained on his first ability to +1 because it is crazy good. I don't like his second ability because it is either too good or useless. Id replace it with something that makes Korlash feel more badass, like a repeatable Tendrils of Corruption. With the second ability gone, you can also lower the loyalty cost on his last ability a bit.

Whenever a permanent becomes the target of a spell or ability, destroy that permanent.
Should probably be "Legendary Creature - Insect." Protection from everything is not something that should be black. Infact, I can convincingly only see white as the only mono color that should ever get access to this ability, and probably not at this cost.
Necromantic Therapy1BB
Sorcery
