Wow listening to you guys debate about this deck has got me really interested in it. seems like a must play if your meta is swarmed with command decks. Maybe i'll try this deck out instead of Command. 1 problem i can see is kithkin.
it seems like htis deck has a slow (compared to the rest of the meta) start. can it handle a kithkin onslaught well enough to push it to the late game?
Guys i need advice on the Kithkin match-up. i haven't tested much but form my 4 games of testing (pre-board) it looks like an uphill battle form the start.
the card that i have problem with: Burreton Forge-tender. if they drop this beast turn 1, i have no way to clear the board before turn 6 and I'm open to a spectral procession attack, backed up with a liege or mirror weave.
also it seems that a mid game spectral P just refuels their army, because this puts me in danger of them revealing something deadly form their hideaway lands the next turn when they attack.
I have a dusk urchins in play with 2 -1/-1 counters. on the board are also other various creatures. i play incremental blight targeting urchins and 2 other creatures. i choose to put 3 counters on duck urchin. urchin dies, but do i draw 5 cards or 3 cards?
in other words, are the counters placed individually, or all at one time
Hmm..I thought you can't because for the word "enchant creature" there is a text: Target a creature as you play this. This card comes into play attached to this creature.
I think the correct explanation for this is that Prison term is already in play. the "target creature as you play this' clause doesn't apply since it is already on the board
Uh,dormant sliver? You must be joking.I also see no sidewinder slivers and no essence slivers
you definitely didnt play BLOCK during the time spiral season. back then there was a deck called 'poisonous slivers' which played poison sliver. it uses it for Card advantage and with the aim of homing slivers, it searches up components for one big, nice alpha strike. i know dormant gives defender, but with frenetic, dormants can be sacced easily
Wheel DOES NOT help the swan match up. i know this because i witnessed it HELP the swan deck win. it helps the swan player stack all the lands in their library and after cycling through all their lands (putting all non land cards in hand) the ensue to blast your with an infinite supply of lands. it's like giving them a more effective anti-deck out tech
hey one of my friends told me that wizards is thinking in BAN bitterblossom or another card of the UB Faeries.
Is anybody listened something like that? or is just a rumor?
as far as i know its a romour. chill out, i doubt they will ban bitterblossom
Kitchen finks is better than aven riftwatchers. Use them
Against lark all you need are counters. the reason faeries beat lark is because they have bout 10 - 12 counters. they drop and early Bitterblossom and counter every lark throws out, hence winning by beat down. This deck is similiar, card draw early form visions, counter stuff, and lock. if you play a lark player you should be happy.
what you should be worried bout is the new RDW and Gruul decks that are gonna pop up. with a R/G savanah lions, counter to our counters, a crazy man lands, they will crush us fast.
and counterbore is terrible. i have no idea why they bothered making such a card. the reason for this being so is because it costs 5 freaking mana. even if the effect is good, 5 mana is way too much.
when you blink that morphed creature it returns to the game not attacking. and therefore no damage will be dealt to your opponent

you can with a finks in grave, and 2 Body doubles. Larks ability brings back 2 BDs, one copying finks and one copying lark

you need mutavaults.
- 2 swamps
-2 faerie conclave
+4 mutavault
Can i know what's in your sideboard?
i think the key is shusher, quagnoth and lots of early to mid game pressure form Goyf and garruk.
