Wow, "You don't play it in paper, so you can't be that interested in it" is a really ill-conceived way to look at it.
The popularity of Brawl suffers a lot from the simple fact that EDH/Commander is a much more attractive option for most players that are interested in a format of that kind.
Also in arena, you can't just buy exactly what you need for specific decks - you have to build an extensive collection by design, therefore accumulating (at least) singles of a lot of cards. I assume most arena players could quickly throw a very playable brawl deck together from what they have just lying around anyway.
Turning a Frilled Mystic into a buffed Biogenic Ooze or Roalesk for 2 seems pretty good for standard. Not to speak of possible shenanigans in older formats.
But even so, is brawl even popular enough for wizards to put time/money/energy into implementing it into Arena? I would play it, but I mean just in general.
Brawl is pretty dead as format in an environment where Commander exists, but I think it might become pretty popular in Arena, where it would be the next best thing possible.
It would probably be better to limit it to the full arena cardpool instead of following standard rotation though.
As far as I know, the concept of a command zone (as well as color identity, but that should be minor) does not yet exist for Arena. I fully expect them to implement it sooner or later, but it's probably not that high on their priority list. The game technically still isn't fully released and they have some other stuff to fix and implement properly, like an actual friends list.
On the other hand, they just did card styles that shouldn't have been that high of a priority either, but it's somthing that directly nets them money.
However, if we get brawl as a play mode, it will definitley be limited to 1on1. Arena is just not build for multiplayer magic and it would need severe changes to it's core architecture to allow it (and wizards stated repeatedly that they have no intentions to do so).
Yes, Druid of the Cowl
Somebody posted the code " SparkleDruid" on reddit right now - the game showed a success message when trying to redeem it, but I got nothing so far.
You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.
It's a kind, as in one of them. Should not matter all that often, but if you have a creature with i.e. a divinity counter and some +1/+1 counters, you now can (or rather have to) increment both, while with the old wording you had to choose.
Those were already posted in another thread and I did a short reverse image search on revenge of the fallen. So, to quote myself:
the image used is from sebastian horoszko (and does definitley not depict Sorin or Vivien), while it's attributed to Brandon Kitkouski, who didn't do any magic art since about 2012 (if i didn't miss something here).

Also I would have expected Domri to be uncommon, like the other guild-leading walkers that were spoiled so far...
That, combined with the image quality makes me sceptical, but we'll see
