    Added the deck on Tappedout:

Nothing new, win rate is still at 79% Smile

Not much news to post here. Still trying to play at least one match a day.
Not counting any draws I am 31-8 now with the current deck so the win rate is 79%.
Any ideas what I could or should try out in the deck? A new SB tech? Add combo?

Yep, it's really sad that so many players choose the same lame decks. I played Jeskai Delver from 2013 until War of the Spark / Mordern Horizons (at that point the power creep became too strong for my beloved Delver). For several years I always had a positive record and I was always the only one playing that deck. At a Magic Card Market series tournament with over 300 players I want 6-2-1 with my Geists and Delvers and it felt great Grin
I mean, you just need to watch the decks Meryn played during the last 2-3 months. So much good stuff! So many fun and competitive decks no one is playing.

Anyways, I am still playing the current build. Only change I did during last week was adding 1x Mark of Asylum to the SB. Saw it when Nassif played Stoneblade and I liked it instantly. Last twelve matches went pretty well (see attachement) so I am 23-5-1 now with this build. Maybe someone will read this and test the deck someday... If that happens I am really glad if that person can post some feedback here Smile

14-3 now with this version. Why is no one else trying this?

    Unfortunately I can't fit in a 3rd copy, I can't cut any more Humans.
I ended up cutting the Metamorph again because I missed the second copy of Sejiri Glacier. This deck really needs it's 23 lands.
Deck is still doing great as you can see in the attached file. Not counting the three draws (either I or my opponent had to leave) that's 10-2 during the last six days. Last match I just played was against Nassif's UW Old School list and it felt great to beat that deck.

    Thread seems completely dead Frown
Today I saw a game with GreatNate and he's still playing Jeskai Geist.
You can watch his game here at 31:00 but it's pretty sad. He misplayes the new Apparition and scoops the whole match. Not that great.

Oh, that's a very good suggestion! Thanks Smile
My SB is pretty light on GY hate anyways so this will be a nice addition. I'll replace 1 Auriok Champion with the Apostle.
    So here's the current version:

I had ordered the Metamorph on Monday but it didn't arrive on time for FNM. Found it in the mail yesterday when I came back from FNM Frown
However, FNM was great. Easy 2-0 against classic Boros Burn, easy 2-0 against Jund, frustrating 0-2 against Uro. Can't beat that **** card. Why isn't it banned yet!?
Today I played a nice match against BG Toolbox with Yawgmoth. You can watch the third game of our match here. The Humans are still strong in this deck Grin
(My opponent misclicked at 0:57 which is unfortunate but it's an entertaining game nonetheless. At the very end I skipped a few seconds but what happens is that I give my two non-flying attackers pro black.)

Newest card I am testing as a 1-of is Phyrexian Metamorph main, replacing my second copy of Sejiri Glacier.
So far I am absolutely loving it! For three mana and two life I can copy so many sweet targets!
    Here's a "best of" list:
    1. Batterskull (own or opponent's)
    2. Omnath, Locus of Creation
    3. Bedlam Reveler or Seasoned Pyromancer
    4. Scourge of the Skyclaves or Tarmogoyf

Hi megatog201, I don't mind it at all. On the contrary, I am happy when someone looks closely and helps me to become a better player.
Regarding that SFM play: That was a total brainfart. I vialed her in main phase because I wanted to play Maul right away while totally forgetting about Thalia -_-
But I'd like to ask you one thing about the other game against Omnath: Would you have used Sejiri Shelter at 4:10 to save SFM?
I kept it to protect Thalia since I loose the game the moment she get's removed but saving SFM there could at least have bought me one more turn. Since my opponent had Cryptic I would have lost anyway but I wonder what the "right" play in that situation was...

Today I watched Squa Chief playing a 4-1 league with a pretty cool Delver deck (with DS and Scourge of course). A moment ago someone on MTGO who played that deck ran into my deck.
You can watch game 1 here and witness the power of the Broodmoth!
Game 2 I was pretty lucky that his Delvers didn't flip for several turns. I had a Nevermore on DS and my Mirran Crusader kept his Scourge in check. When his Delvers finally flipped it was too late since I was ready to equip Sword of F&I to Crusader with Giver backup and he was at 5 life and out of cards.

Are there no Delver players left? Not much happening anymore in this thread Frown
Today I saw Squa Chief playing a pretty good Delver deck, but it's not Jeskai.
Just a few minutes ago someone played it on MTGO and run into my Mono White deck. You can check game 1 here if you're interested. It shows the power of the Broodmoth Smile Game 2 my opponent was pretty unlucky and his Delvers didn't flip for several turns. When they finally flipped it was too late because I had a Mirran Crusader with Sword of Fire & Ice who finished him.

    Hi everyone
Played a few more matches this week and won most of them. Still very happy with the deck BUT
Please watch this game against "money tribal" feat. Uro and Omnath...
My opponent gains 30 life with these two cards and draws god knows how many additional cards along the way.
I really think that it shouldn't be allowed to have Uro, Omnath, Field of the Dead and Mystic Sanctuary in one deck in Modern. These cards together are just too strong. Uro or Omnath should get banned and Sanctuary too. Do you agree?
Btw, I ultimately loose the match 1-2. If you want to see games 2 & 3 as well then I'll upload them.

Hi megatog201, I am using this interaction quite often. It couldn't save me against 8 crab mill (lost against that deck on MTGO two days ago) but it helped me twice at yesterday's FNM.
I have played 22 matches now with the current build and ended up 17-4-1. After FNM (3-0-1) I have to say that I am totally in love with this current build. I'd take it to a GP if there was one. It's so much fun to play. It has a strong offense, strong defense, a lot of card advantage, answers to almost everything...
Yesterday I won against Bogles (Mirran Crusader MVP), drawed against Gruul Midrange (time out, Pillage got me good, Worship saved me), won 2-0 against another opponent playing Gruul Midrange (Nevermore on Klothys was great, Mirran Crusader equipped with Sword and Maul won easily, felt like I was playing Bogles), last round I played against an aggressive BR deck feat. Swiftspear, Soul-Scar, DS, Scourge, Thoughtseize, Lava Dart, Bolt, Lurrus Companion and both I and my opponent had a blast during three intense games. First game he killed me turn 3. Second game went long and I went wide with tokens from the Castle and got him eventually. Third game went long too. I bought time with Runed Halo and Auriok Champion and after many turns I won by top decking a land... Sejiri Glacier. Opponent had Lurrus and Shadow in play, at 5 life, no cards left in hand. I had a SFM equipped with the Sword, an Apparition (exiled Scourge) and a small Champion of the Parish. Sejiri Shelter pro black on SFM won the match Smile
Edit: The deck I played against was the one the won a recent MTGO Modern Challenge: https://www.mtgtop8.com/event?e=27534&f=MO

    @megatog201:
The bad run ended when I changed my build. So far I am 11-3 with the new version (as in the pic above). You just gotta go with the power creep...
I haven't tested Basilisk Collar or Shadow Spear because I am very happy with the Maul. Flying and free equip is a huge upside and this equipment has won me quite a few matches already.

    @headminerve:
First of all, thank you so much for commenting! Even if it's constructive criticism I am glad to read it. This primer has more than 5000 views but only but only 5 people have contributed comments so far and that includes myself.
Regarding Vial, I have tried 4 and 3 and I am happier with 3 copies. Vial is such a bad draw after T3 and this deck has no looting effects to get rid of superfluous copies. With the Mask of Memory I felt comfortable with 4 copies but without it (or Smuggler's Copter or anything similar) it feels too bad drawing more than one. Besides, there are so many answers to Vial out there now, with Archmage's Charm, Karn, the Great Creator, Petty Theft, Skyclave Apparition etc...
When I had the bad run I often lost because I got mana scr*wed. That never happened since I am playing 23 lands with the Sejiri Glaciers so I am happy with them too. Regarding Cavern you're absolutely right. I'd love to run 2 or 3 of them but they're too expensive for me.
"Champ of Parish and Lieutenant should be 4" - I tried it but it didn't feel impactful enough. Since you're playing Humans I guess you assume they'd be stronger in my deck than they actually are.
Broodmoth is one of the cards I think I am never going to cut. It's so strong with Ranger-Captain of Eos that I should go back up to three Captains. Maybe I should cut big Thalia for another Captain.

Btw, what do both of you think about a single copy of Lurrus main? That's something I haven't tried yet.

@megatog201: About your last comment, I know what you mean. The deck has changed a lot. 11 cards from the original version are not included anymore.
Knight of the Holy Nimbus and True Believer made the deck quite unique and I am sad that they had to go, but I had to adapt to the new meta and I am still having a blast with this "value or utility aggro" version.
