Doesn't work, Jace only give you the ability to cast the card, but it cannot be cast as it has no mana cost (unlike Cascade which allows you to play it without paying its mana cost).
Ok, so it's more like flashback then, which can't be given to cards without mana costs. That's a relief, I thought Telepath Unbound's -3 just allowed you to play it free out of your graveyard.
Eye of Ugin isn't really a problem because it's "restricted" by its legendary type. If part of Eldrazi is indeed banned on Monday it should be Eldrazi Temple. That would keep some of the explosiveness of the build intact, while slowing it down enough so that T2 TKS is no longer a thing.
Like, how perfect is this? Liberal arts major, protester & Bernie supporter. These stereotypes write themselves.
He seems like an okay guy in your picture. Standing up to white racist Georgians and all. I am by no means condoning his violence towards Mr. Drumpf but what in particular is wrong with being a liberal arts major? Or a protester for that matter?
You assume that they are all racist.. He stomps all over the American flag in his protests, in FRONT of veterans, then when they get mad he goes "THEN TRY SOMETHING" like the weak little pathetic maggot he is trying to provoke geriatric veterans. He's not an ok guy. He's the definition of the people I hate the most in this country.
It seems pretty safe to assume that confederate flag flying traitors are racist.
Is Remand a card in this deck anymore? It seems like running a conditional time walk that can also double your storm count could be effective, or does the redundancy of the deck, plus the card advantage granted by ascension and past in flames make that sort of thing unnecessary?
nah not really. The first few turns u've to aggressively set up your combo; in cantrips to find the key cards and also prep your engine. I really can't imagine holding 2 mana up for remand instead of casting Electromancer or Ascension.

It's interesting how Wizards introduces something format warping to mess with the color pie again and then we go back to Innistrad. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, but an interesting pattern nonetheless.
You might want to swap out some swamps for some black fetchlands as they give you extra shuffles to help with Vampire Nocturnus' Lord ability, and you can also get a Bloodghast in on your opponent's turn.
Thanks for the feedback
What do you think about lowering the curve/land count to 19 and running just captivating vampire?
The weird thing about tribal is that while it is indeed a type, it reads more like a supertype, and it doesn't exist by itself. As in, there are no cards that I know of that have the type tribal, and nothing else.

Have you considered Spellheart Chimera?
Ah, I thought that might have been the case.
Maybe split them 2 Nocturnous/3 Captivating?
