    I'd perfer if you found a way to balance this w/o changing the first line, just adding a disadvantage of some kind.

    Next:
    I see an odly deformed mage surrounded by dangerous looking vials of what appear to be deadly poisons. The room is filled with caged animals that are all in various stages of death.

    Your opponent draws three cards
    that was supposed to be underpowered!!! The fact that it wins the game with barren glory doesn't change it's suckiness in any way! You cast this on turn 7 (6 with accel) after a barren glory the previous turn and you win the game on your next upkeep and assuming it all resolves? In extrended, your either dead before then or they have counter spells/ discard spells to stop the combo. Seriously, that was not too strong.

    Flashback - Skip your next combat step.

    That makes alot of changes at once. It's also going in a circle seeing as it's basically an exact copy of unnerving deeds. Let's take this in a different direction okay?

    Choose up to X unblocked attacking creatures target player controls and put a X/X+X white and blue Wall token creature with defender into play blocking all of those creatures.
    If you paid the kicker cost, that token in indestructable until end of turn.

    Um.... his original version works. There's no triggered ability read the card. It comes into play with the +1/+1 counter already on it. That functions fine.

    There is no use of When, whenever or any other triggered ability words.

    Even at 4, destorying two lands (even if one has to be nonbasic) is just way way too powrful Think about it: Your reduced to 1 lands on turn 4(assuming the land D player has accel or is on the play?)??? Assuming you have another land (not a given in an aggro deck) then your likely stuck on 2 for several turns. In control, you might reach 3 but getting above 4 would still be very difficult and you'd probably be dead by then. All of that's assmuing there's no land destruction deck at all just this card. If theres even 2 other stone rains in the format, this card is probably game on the spot.

    The nonbasic part is essentially irrelevant in competeive play because most or all lands are nonbasic and that's not about to change.

    Thus, nonbasic clause or not this has to cost 5 IMO. 2RGBwould be fine and playable.

    No. Frickin. Way.

    The rule I use when building aggro decks (barring a couple of exceptions) are cards should either have power> than mana cost or have evasion and power=to mana cast.

    1B for a 2/1 Fear is playable. Not super amazing, but playable. This is Bfor a 2/1 fear usually. Still very powered. Try "If you contorl a mountain, ~ gets +1/+0 and has when ~ leaves play, each player loses 1 life." Still really strong for aggro, but not overpowered.

    EDIT: Really like the new shimmer sentinel. Much more synergetic and interesting. Flash it in to counter a spell or just to block a 1/1 and then swing for 2 next turn. All in all a fine card. Really good in limited with contructed potential.

    Say what??!?!!

    Reanimator Deck: Discard this guy ASAP. On turn 4, reanmite him. Then, since you have more than 7 cards in hand, discard another fattie, say Akroma, or even another Wisdomchaser. Next turn, reanimte another fattie, perfably the green chaser, to kill them and if you ever run low on cards, blink this guy.

    This cards are probably fine if you added some internal balance (Blue and green are way way better than the others), tone them down a bit (b/c being at 1 llife is easy in combo.) and add an anti-renamintion clause.(See lowrwyn incarnations)

    (5)Kird Zombie: Yeah, what they said! Way too strong. Try making it only get +1/+0 and some minor ability.

    (5)Increndicary Spectre- Way way way too powerful. Blazing Specte is marginally tournament playable. You can't just chop off 2 mana and 1-toughness from a good card and get a fair one. 3 for 1/1 as suggest by others.

    (2-3)Shimmer Sentienl- It's fine power-wise, but many of it's abilties seem really unsynergetic and kinda random. It's like rolling a die of U/W keywords 3 times and just slapping the results on a card.

    (3)Spell Splatter- Definatley fine. No power issues. Marginally playable, though it depends on the environment.

    Spell Scatter :symu::symr:
    Instant
    Counter target creature spell. Spell Scatter deals 1 damage to each creature.
    (4)This is only a little overpowered if at all. If your opponent cast a creature spell on 2 then this is a remove soul that has a small chance of killing their one drop. (How many 1/1s for 1 see play? Mogg Fanatic and Tattermunge Maniac are like the only ones in standard think.) If they cast a creature later, it's still unlikley to kill multiple guys. Additionally, really easy to play around or build an aggro deck against it. (Cut Fanatic for a bigger 1-drop or a more expensive spell) However, it's still a little high on the curve. Arguably fine here.... but it's much safer at 1UR.

    Perhaps cost it at URand add a disadvantage. Since this is basically control only, a life penalty would be fine. (.... ~ deals.... to each creature and 2 damge to you)

    (4)Savannha Apes: Definatley needless powercreep over Kird Ape. Not overpowered, but theres no good reason for this to be better than Kird Ape.

    When ~ leaves play, remove a permanent you control named Arrest from the game.

    Interesting, Befuddle seems really poweful to me. However, considering mind shatter makes them lose their hand instead their instead of some of their draws, it's probably fine.
