Good luck finding the 4 odd balls from the slides from earlier
Eight. Not four. -

White also has no Inscription, being the two colors with six kicker cards between them. They get rare enchantments with landfall instead.Quote from Fan-of-"Fanservice" »Quote from Ryperior74 »Hang on a minute
Why is red not getting an inscription look at the numbers
I guess because there's only four party-peoples and thus one color had to bite the bullet?
...man, that would suck as an explanation... -

Well, I'll agree that it won't be banned, ever. It has nothing in common other than card type with the absurd time waster. I'll disagree that it'll get cut, though. Strionic Resonator and similar cards need a critical mass of stuff to copy where this needs nonland cards. That makes it much easier to jam into decks and get value. The question is more whether you can afford to activate after the thing goes onto the stack.Quote from Xcric »more! add more! I SAID ADD MORE!
its okay. i like that it can copy permanents.
oh, and for those claiming this'll eat the ban hammer in edh... yeah no it won't.
we already see the first two copy effects on multiple things within the format, and that's not game breaking. copying permanents is also nothing new and there are far more combos that exploit that more easily without breaking the format...
that you have to pay mana and tap it down really limits it. honestly, i don't think it even makes the cut in a lot of decks. it'll be that hot new artifact everyone jams into all their edh decks for a few weeks after release, then promptly cuts because its just not doing enough. like they did with strionic resonator.Quote from Minoke »I wonder how this interacts with Auras or the Mutate mechanic - if you copy an Aura or mutating creature spell, would both have to go on the same target? The final mode says nothing about 'pick new targets'.
I have good news. Auras that aren't cast entering the battlefield simply attach themselves so you can actually even put it onto a shroud creature. Just don't go for protection because that will still remove it.Quote from seilaoque »Quote from Minoke »I wonder how this interacts with Auras or the Mutate mechanic - if you copy an Aura or mutating creature spell, would both have to go on the same target? yeah, seems like you'd have to make both auras target the same permanent.
That's going to have to be worded as a modal instant spell. Choose one - Copy up to one target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.Quote from m_pathogen »This card gives me hope that we’ll one day see my custom Clone that can be an Instant or Sorcery as well as any permanent.
Create a token that's a copy of target creature.
If you don't want to make a token, you can't really put them both onto the same card because one is an ability that creates a copy on the stack and one is a replacement effect that modifies how a creature enters the battlefield. Yeah, the rules are mean. I guess you could literally turn a creature into "up to one target instant/sorcery on the stack" and have the creature resolve as a clone if you don't, but that would be very wordy and confusing. -

peteroupc posted a message on Klothys, God of Destiny and saving the cardNo, that is not right, for the reason you state.Posted in: Magic Rulings
You can cast Fertilid with Horde of Notions before Klothys's last ability resolves. If you do, however, Fertilid will be an illegal target for the Klothys ability, so that the ability will fail to resolve, meaning you won't gain life and Klothys won't deal damage (C.R. 608.2b). (Note, however, that damage to a player usually causes loss of life, but not always [C.R. 120.3].) Compare Klothys with Charnel Troll or God-Pharaoh's Gift.

I swear everyone forgot about Spectral Procession entirely ever since Lingering Souls got reprinted. Every single thread I see otalking about that hint pretends like it doesn't exist.Quote from Ryperior74 »Quote from Funk Pirate »I think that the Mana Symbol thing will be (2/W)(2/U)(2/R)(2/G) for Omnath, as all those symbols have only been used twice and makes sense for Omnath to be a bit splashy for Limited. Also I would believe that the 'red mana does not empty' may be Omnath, though it could be a red herring tbh.
Also the multi coloured card could be something like: 'sacrifice a creature you don't own and return target creature from an opponents graveyard with converted mana cost of X plus one, where X is the sacrificed creatures converted mana cost'
I think that the 3 activated copies will be something similar to Riku.
T,RR: copy instant/sorcery.
T,GG: create a token copy of target token/creature.
T,2: create a token copy of target artefact.
~Funk Pirate
actually (2/W) Was only use once which is the reaper king it’s UBRG Of those symbols used twice and only twice
But some people now pointed out a he probably was tricky it could simply be the costs of Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis And Ink-Treader Nephilim for omnath but my counter arguement to that all main legends in commander 2016 and the Nephilim Have it -

ColossalDreadmaw posted a message on Commander legends speculationGood list I agree with everything but the other two titans from Theros, Commander Legends was pretty much done when Theros Beyond Death released, I'd say the other two titans could come in a Modern Horizons 2 or a next years commander productPosted in: Speculation - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

they were scared of flicker spells

(If it was “attack” instead of “die” now we would be talking)

whatever the answer is there’s one thing we are all doing with the spaceship regardless
and It’s one of the 5 cards
(Basically you flip the card face up on your side meaning…… you steal the card)
1
I called it a Craterhoof behemoth counter
Though Triumph of the Hordes can get around it with a Leyline of Punishment effect.
2
most likely it’s the strixhaven revist or modern horizons 3 he designed the Silverquil precon in the first place and it’s clearly Silverquil flavored art
first Guess people are saying is Inkshield but it could be anything really
Rest in peace Sheldon
