The secret for a solid dragon deck is: insert mana ramp and fix on the deck (ideally you must be able to drop a Dragon T3-T4), use mass removal (stall/reset the board).
There is a primer on casual boards dedicated to Dragon decks, with a lot of good advices and deck suggestions on there, you should take a look.
You need to up T1 drops, its key for Ninjas to have a creature into the board on T1, so you can Ninjutsu on T2.
Now you're only running Ornithopter, and you should have 7-8.
Black is doing nothing for you: a late discard (Okiba-Gang Shinobi - 4cmc), when most your opponent will have few to no cards to discard. A singleton Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni that only revives opponent's creatures (which makes you dependant on what deck your opponent is playing with), and the only sort of useful card is Throat Slitter that becomes null when you run Mistblade Shinobi and bounce creatures back. So i'd get rid of black altogether.
Its really important for Ninjas already cast to find a way to dodge blockers, otherwise, you get stuck with them into play, and to do that you have 3 options: sneak through ninjutsu again, bounce blockers, or remove them. To sneak through ninjutsu again you must be able to bounce them back to your hand, that's when cards like Walker of Secret Ways becomes relevant. To bounce blockers you need to run bounce spells like Boomerang. And to remove, you must go with black and pack up removals.
Some sort of control element (counter, bouncer, removal...) is necessary. Ninjas SUCK on beatdown, and mostly any other aggro deck rush over it in a blink of eyes. Stick with 20-24 critters, 20-22 lands, 14-20 support cards (a minor pump like Ronin Warclub helps out though).
One of the best oppenings for a discard player is Dark Ritual + Duress + Hymn to Tourach, that's the core of a discard deck, so i strongly suggest you acquiring those cards. (they are not expensive)
To me, the old stuff will be Phasing, but now working like an autoBlink
Like:
Blink Spirit 2W
Flying
When ~ comes into play, remove target creature from the game. Return it to play in the end of turn under its owner control.
Blink 182 (pay 182, remove ~ from the game, return it to play under its owner control)

If i must to point THE ZOMBIE card, i'd call: Lord of the Undead.
A card that fits any zombie deck, and makes the entire deck better.
Put ANY zombie alongside with him, any of any list, and it'll be better.
Cool deck you have there, smart strategy of either stealing through Baazar or killing through Culling Dais.
I'd just drop Tibalt (too hard to get to 6), Infernal Plunge, and Dominus, and up Ponder and Culling Dais to 4, and put some draw like Electrolyze, Remand... Nephalia Smuggler is another great creature for your deck. Daring Thief + Aura of Dominion + Imaginary Pet = 3. Take control of target creature
Stealing Opponent's creatures is fun.
Back to Onslaught block, i had an Stealing Creature deck just for fun (full of crap rares), and i had alot of it.
It was kind of an illusionary deck, that had a type of changeling ability, so they could be any creature type.
Almost every time i had more creature of any type than opponent, and then i was able to cast Standardize and Peer Pressure.
Callous Oppressor + Imagecrafter as another "combo" into that deck that allowed me to steal critters.
Now, if you plan to go for a mid-game, in an aggro-control fashion, than you have something, but lacking the best card for the deck: Lord of the Undead. That, alongside Unholy Grotto, has as awsome interaction with cards like: Grave Defiler, Graveborn Muse, Fleshbag Marauder, Nameless Inversion, Festering Goblin, Gempalm Polluter, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Noxious Ghoul, Rotlung Reanimator,
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is a nice mana fixing.
Pox, Smallpox, and targeted discard like Duress seems necessary to protect from hate.

Here is the list:
16 Forest
04 Murmuring Bosk
04 Vivid Grove
//CREATURES (20)
04 Treefolk Harbinger
04 Timber Protector
04 Leaf-Crowned Elder

03 Bosk Banneret
02 Wickerbough Elder
04 Nameless Inversion
04 Thoughtseize
04 Fertile Ground
04 Primal Command
04 Oblivion Ring
03 Orchard Warden
03 Cloudcrown Oak
03 Dauntless Dourbark
02 Wickerbough Elder
Certainly you can improve the mana base (alot!), but regarding the strategy, i think Doran Rock is the way to go.

Filth + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is great, provides evasion for all of your creatures
I've a Timespiral Zombie deck around the madness concept, here it go:
01 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
22 Swamps
// CREATURES (20)
04 Skirk Ridge Exhumer
04 Grave Scrabbler
04 Brain Gorgers
04 Korlash, Heir to Blackblade
04 Yixlid Jailer
04 Dark Withering
04 Call to the Netherworld
04 Smallpox
03 Oblivion Crown
02 Zombie Infestation
Sounds a fun deck to play with.
I'd hate to face it.
Just not sure about Choice of Damnations and Army of the Damned they are mana hungry.
Shivan Wumpus, Desecration Demon, and Gravestorm are nice cards for the deck.
Lord of the Undead.
A card that fits any zombie deck, and makes the entire deck better.
Put ANY zombie alongside with him, any of any list, and it'll be better.
The Rack, Shrieking Affliction, Dark Ritual, Duress, Hymn to Tourach
Also just use Specters at most with 4cmc.
Once opponent has no more cards in hand, not just your critters will beat, but you'll also punish them through Rack and Affliction.
I'd just drop Tibalt (too hard to get to 6), Infernal Plunge, and Dominus, and up Ponder and Culling Dais to 4, and put some draw like Electrolyze, Remand...

Well, here is the deck:
21 Island
03 Riptide Laboratory
//CREATURES (20)
04 Mistform Sliver
04 Mistform Stalker
04 Mistform Warchief
04 Callous Oppressor
04 Imagecrafter
04 Peer Pressure
04 Complicate
04 Trickery Charm
02 Standardize
02 Faces of the Past
Other card that were in that deck as SB as Artificial Evolution (great to cast on tribal Lords back then)
