I want a new plane with none of the "Main" planeswalkers (Like jace) and no connection to anything we have seen before. I want it to be classic fantasy, something we have not seen in a while, with dwarves, orcs, goblins, merfolk with tails, and maybe a few new species. I would love no robots or science, only fantasy. It would be a lot like dominaria but new.
I love tribal decks but the most fun are the less known and supported tribes, which usually are to weak to be playable.
If you have a favorite off-brand tribe post what it is and why you like it.
My favorite is frogs or plants, frogs because they are good at stopping damage and are one of my favorite animals, and plants, because they have a lot of cards that work together and support the tribal, like avenger of zendikar.
WIP
This is a set that takes place on Slimmeria, a water-world like plane with small islands dotted across the plane. The set will have tribal support for homarids, and merfolk, and will have a pirate subtheme. The new mechanics so far are
Looting: Whenever this creature deals damage to a player, they discard a card from their hand or tap a land for no mana.
Suprise: Creatures that are autimaticly casted from your hand when a certain event accurs that cost 0 mana.
It will include all colors and have a few main themes
Blue merfolk tribal
Blue Homarid tribal
Black white Looting
Green ramp
Red blue burn
No diregraf captain in cured? Still a great speculation and cursed's zombie theme was an unexpected, yet fitting way to portrait the deck, I thought of cursed as a vampire deck.
I want to see a water world as a plane with blue tribal support and the other colors will fit in somehow for example:
Red: Boiling water? Red blue merfolk
Black: Stuff in the bottom of the ocean like anglerfish and stuff
White: White blue Merfolk and coral maybe
Green: Seaweed, coral and other aqatic plants
Blue: Homarids, Merfolk, Starfish ,Fish, ect...
This would be fun but I doubt WOTC would do it...
Would acquitect's will fit in this deck as a replacement for spreading seas? I like it more because enchantments are easier to remove than counters and it is only 1 mana.
Bfz is great for $$ and the cards will problably go up in prise, but I feel OGW is Ok too. Anything from khans is going to plummet so don't get it. Also fallen empires is a "great" set to get...
