So, made a new deck. Really struggled with choosing what to put in it; mostly a jund pile of cards I have/know of. I want to keep it budgeted; but not too low. I won't be spending like 300 bucks, but I'm down for a hundred or 150. I made it here if you want to see it, and it's just as you would expect. It's trying to do way too much in too few cards, and I just don't know enough about modern to understand what to keep and what's just not worth it. I really want to build around the inspired mechanic; it just looks fun. This deck won't be going out and winning me any tournements, but I do want it to be fun to mess around with with friends. I know I need to do massive cuts, and additions, probably, like I have 11 lands. That just isn't going to cut it, no matter what I do. Thanks for those who are willing to look at this garbage fire.
Ok so, I decided just to do a complete restart on the deck. I came up with this instead; I call it.. Elemental Evil. It's very playable, shockingly, but it gets started a little slow. Gets big around turn 3-4, when I get the mana ramp done. Sadly, in modern, that could be the time I become a corpse.
This is for a weird format my friends and I made up; 30 cards, two copies of a card per deck, and 10 health. This was made to be quick,(as we almost never had half an hour for a full game) and it is. This deck tries to go in for the kill, without letting my opponent do anything about it. So, this deck came into being with just cards I had lying around, but it doesn't win every time, so it needs some work. Keep in mind, this was just made with cards I had on hand. Bet many cards are stickily better
Also, the Thornwood Falls, despite it coming in tapped, it works well. 1 life is a lot in this format, and the slow mana it gives is fine, due to my massive 1 and 2 drop count. I really don't know a lot of cards, most of these were taken from a turbofog, troll-forced adaptation deck, and a box of 1000 random cards I got when I first got into magic. Also some prereleases and such, so if some cards are weird, that should explain why.

I want to build a modern deck for casual play based on cards like Lore Broker and Refocus. This would be coupled with cards like Witch Hunter for damage, and other control. This is the bases of the deck, but I don't even really know what colors to play, but my current goal is something along Jeskai. I am fairly new to magic, and don't know that many cards, so I am coming to the folks of MTG Salvation for help. I want this deck to also include something along Darksteel Plate for the cards survivabilty. For my won survivability, I may run Soulmender for the cheap life gain, but I bet there are better versions of each of these cards. I would like to keep this deck under $60, but my budget is flexible. I hope this gives a bit of a base to work off of, and I thank you all for your help.
(P.S- If anyone knows how to search for this type of card that would be greatly appreciated.
My friend does own 2 [card]Ancestral Recall/card]s, but I do not own any. I had no idea that they were worth so much. I'll incorporate those into my deck, and do a bit of work. I'll post back in half an hour or so. (My friend is really into magic, done it for 20 years almost, now.)
EDIT: I would also like to keep this modern legal, if possible.
I'll read up on Turbo Fog. I do want this deck to be home-made, but I will take some inspiration from that. I will also be trading out Ancestral Recall, so what would you recommend my change be? I don't know all the cards, I started recently.
I have a new deck I just made, and I'm not that good at making decks, and I would like some help with the creation of it. It is a Blue/Green with a tad of Black, and I need some help with card use and design.
I will be removing 1 Orbs of Warding and 1 Day's Undoing to add 4 Paradoxical Outcome when ever Kaladesh comes out. Any tips? I suck at making decks, but I hope this one isn't too bad.
Thanks for the help!
Im making a Naxx 40 deck, a raid in vanilla wow for all you non raiders. I have most of the cards I need, but I need a card similar to the stitchers apprentice, but, preferable, black. I would also like multiple types of cards, so to have around 8 or so. I would use stitchers apprentice, but I'm going for a heavy black deck. Thanks!

I also am considering changing it for a Dimir take on things; A basic listing of the decklist can be found here
