4 hedron crawlers
4 thought knot seer
3 goblin dark dwellers
3 pia and kiran nalaar
3 gideon, ally of zendikar
1 sorin
1 chandra
2 eldrazi displacer
And a combination of removal spells, discard and draw.
Hedron crawlers allow for explosive starts, especially with all the value 4-drops. 2nd turn hedron to a third turn thought knot/pia/gideon is satisfying. And they are not dead draws when they become burn spells c/o chandra's parents. Hedron also helps 'fix' the mana for thought knot and displacer triggers. You'll see how displacer also is crazy with all your four drops including gideon. If they look spicy on paper, it's spicier IRL.
Just to share, I have been playing gemstone mines since the first iteration of the Living End deck. It seems I am the only one but gemstone mines never gave me any issues, what with all the land cycling and the fact that we dont need much to go off. For those having a bit of issues with mana i recommend it. Oh and I have an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth as well which can keep the mines alive if needed. We dont get much in the way of new cards so I thought I'd share something that might be different from what everyone has been used to.
Not sure how the rules around this go. But does a resolved living end with kalitas in play result in X 2/2 vampire tokens where X is the number of non-token creatures sacrificed by your opponent this way?
I maindeck 4 languishes and it works very well. They serve as my additional 'sac outlet' that kill their creatures too. Especially as I find my own creatures usually outclassed by theirs. Maindeck languishes always comes as a surprise.
