WARNING...WARNING...WARNING... Unless you would like some nasty hate mail don't alter any cards with art by: AMY WEBER or MELISSA BENSON. I don't think we want to stir things up that much. I know how vindictive women what a cause can be (and nothing better to do with their time). I'll still alter the cards with their art on it, but will put MY OWN art on the card and get read of their name completely. Is there any other artist we need to watch out for???????? I do think Amy Weber is a bit of a hypocrite, because she sells altered cards herself. If it wasn't for us there wouldn't be a market for her to sell her alter cards. Weber only alters card with her name on them, but once you commission a card for magic the art belongs to them, unless otherwise written in a contract. Maybe that is way she puts new art on the cards she alters. Who knows???????? PLEASE let me know if their are other artist to stay away from.

This is interesting news coming just a few months after I manned up and just bought the PS2 version for the inflated price (worth every penny by the way). I was thinking of unloading it though just in case they ever re-released it. Looks like I should try...
Yawg, I really like the new signature, you really ought to keep it. It looks so slick and really adds to the art. I always thought your old one was a bit messy (though your art is always great).

One of the interesting things about the Boros list is that it lacks Swords to Plowshares. Seems as though most people would say Boros has to include it, even though the life given to your opponent hurts a ton.
Iturgaiz's alters are what made me begin to like altered cards in the first place. They're simply amazing.
Many of her alters don't have "recognizable art" or "anything to do with the art" but rather than get hung up on these technicalities I just soak them in. Most of my altered cards don't have "anything to do with the art" as a result. Just paint/draw me something awesome, that's the only criteria.
