No. Here, "Hostile Hostel", where it appears on Hostile Hostel's second ability, means only the permanent where that text appears, and not any other object even if it has the same name (C.R. 201.5).
If Lazav becomes a copy of Sewer Nemesis, the second ability of Sewer Nemesis that Lazav gains this way won't refer to any player, so that that player is undefined and Lazav will be 0/0 (C.R. 607.5, 607.5a, 107.2).
In game terms, putting counters on an object includes—
- "putting counters on that object while it's on the battlefield", regardless of what verb is used to refer to that action (whether "put", "move" [C.R. 122.5], "double" [C.R. 701.9e], "give", or some other verb) (see also C.R. 701.1), and
- the case of "an object that's given counters as it enters the battlefield" (e.g., "enters the battlefield with ... counters"; see also C.R. 122.6a)
If multiple triggered abilities would go on the stack at the same time, the active player (the player whose turn it is) puts those they control there in the order of their choice, and so on with the other players in turn order (C.R. 603.3b, 101.4).
An "attacking creature", for purposes of Reconnaissance's ability, includes a creature token that entered the battlefield attacking (C.R. 508.4).
Combat damage, once assigned, is dealt at the same time in a given combat damage step (C.R. 510.2). And combat damage assignments can't be "interrupted" to allow spells or abilities (such as Reconnaissance's ability) to resolve in between (C.R. 510.1, 510.2). (However, first strike or double strike can cause a combat phase to have two combat damage steps rather than one [C.R. 702.4b, 702.7b].)
For purposes of Reconnaissance, once a creature becomes an attacking creature, it remains an attacking creature for the rest of the combat phase (even after it has dealt combat damage and even during the end of combat step) unless it's removed from combat (C.R. 506.4, 511.3; see also C.R. 508.1k).
If multiple creatures you control together deal combat damage to multiple players at the same time, Descendants' Fury's ability will trigger once for each such player (C.R. 603.2c). For each of those players, the corresponding ability will refer to the creatures that dealt damage to that player this way.
1. You can cast Displace after attackers are declared and before blockers are declared (C.R. 508.2, 117.3b, 117.1a). When the spell resolves, the targeted creatures will be exiled and then return to the battlefield, untapped by default (C.R. 110.5b, 608.2c; compare Displace with Eerie Interlude).
2. In general, no. (Note that Farewell doesn't target anything [C.R. 115.1, 115.10a].)
3. If a creature leaves the battlefield by any means, permanents that were attached to it become unattached from it, and its counters are not retained as it moves to its new zone (C.R. 122.2).
If Clone is a nontoken and enters the battlefield under your control as a copy of Miirym or another Dragon creature, Miirym's last ability will trigger (C.R. 603.6a-b, 603.2). Then as a state-based action, the legend rule sends all legendary permanents you control with the same name (e.g., Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm), except one of your choice, to the graveyard (C.R. 117.3b, 117.5, 704.5j). In the case of Miirym, suppose you choose Clone-turned-Miirym to "keep" this way. Then once Miirym's last ability resolves you create a token that's a copy of "whatever Clone is" (in terms of its copiable values), "except the token isn't legendary" (C.R. 707.9a, 707.2, 108.1).
A clarification here. Because Blinkmoth Nexus's second ability makes Blinkmoth Nexus a "Blinkmoth artifact creature", it will lose all creature types other than Blinkmoth but still retain all card types, subtypes, and supertypes other than creature types (C.R. 205.1b).
This is due to the last sentence of C.R. 205.1b, which deals with the text "[creature type or types] artifact creature" and was added with the rules update for Throne of Eldraine. According to the update bulletin for that set, the sentence is intended to modify the "artifact creature" exception to the general rule that if "an object is said to become a certain list of types, these overwrite any other types it has" (review C.R. 205.1a).
However, Blinkmoth Nexus's second ability also has the text "It's still a land", and I admit that applying that part of C.R. 205.1b can be tricky for Blinkmoth Nexus and a handful of other cards that not only have text of the form "[creature type or types] artifact creature", but also have the text "still a [type]" (e.g., Inkmoth Nexus, Dread Statuary, Frostwalk Bastion, Mishra's Factory, Stalking Stones).
Protection from green means, among other things, that green permanents can't enchant or equip the creature (C.R. 702.16c-d). Here, however, Rune of Might isn't attached to the creature directly, but rather to Swiftfoot Boots.
If the permanent targeted by Flickerwisp's triggered ability had Auras attached to it, they won't be exiled along with the permanent. Those Auras will go to the graveyard as a state-based action for not being attached to anything (C.R. 117.3b, 117.5, 704.5m). (Compare Flickerwisp with Flickerform.)
A token that goes to another zone from the battlefield for any reason can't return to the battlefield (C.R. 111.8).
Pili-Pala has an activated ability with an untap symbol in its cost. This ability can't be activated if Pili-Pala is a creature, it doesn't have haste, and it came under a player's control after that player's most recent turn began (C.R. 302.6, 107.6, 702.10).
However, an ability of a creature whose activation cost is "Tap [a permanent or permanents]", without using the tap or untap symbol, can be activated regardless of when the creature came under its controller's control (review C.R. 302.6). An example is Grand Architect's last ability.
A permanent can't attack or block unless it's a creature (C.R. 506.3). While living metal allows a permanent to be a creature during its controller's turn (C.R. 702.161a, 109.5), that's not the only way a permanent can become a creature (other examples include crew [C.R. 702.122a]; Karn's Touch; Armed and Armored; or March of the Machines).
