That might be nontoken creatures, brooding saurian uses the same German phrase and references nontoken permanent (I believe it means "permanent cards" from my bad German)
I've been thinking Neheb, the Eternal might make a fun eldrazi commander, plus back it up with the various reasons monored is so good (which in turn ramp out the titans).
Doesn't need it, there is only a defending player during combat, no defending player means no more bonus.
Fits the old 'easy to kill, hard to keep dead' Hanmer Horror movie version pretty well actually.

I beleive it is nontoken permanent, comparing it to the wording on similar cards "bleibenden karte", any German players confirm?
I think that's about as far as I can say, legally.
Edit: and you can make a temporary diviner's wand due to tribal, that's hilarious.
