The main issue I have with your reasoning is that, if we get an enemy cycle in Amongst, we will have two enemy cycles come rotation and no allied cycle. For balanced purposes, it has to be either an Allied cycle or a full cycle.
When Amonkhet is released we'll have the allied shadow lands and enemy fast lands and wtv we get in amonkhet. So either way, allied or enemy cycle, it'll be the same thing.
Rotation has changed. Nothing rotates out with Amonkhet, while BFZ and SOI blocks will rotate with Atlazan.
During Amonkhet, we will have the Allied Shadowlands and Battlelands, the Enemy Fastlands and Manlands, and whatever Amonkhet brings. During Atlazan, only the Enemy Manlands and Amonkhet lands will survive rotation (plus whatever Atlazan brings). If we have an enemy cycle in Amonkhet, it would mean 2 enemy cycles and 0 allied cycle will survive rotation.
As for completing cycles, Shadowlands are a good possibility, in Altazan or later. Battlelands are a no-go, if they want to reprint the Enemy Fetchlands during the next 2 years.

I just hope that they finish existing cycles before reprinting some. Such as the odyssey filter lands, battle lands and shadow lands, even the future shifted lands would be interesting
Cycle of Swords? (Missing enemy ones + Full allied color cycle printed in the set?) Sword of War and Peace Sword of Body and Mind
Sword of W and U
Sword of U and B
Sword of B and R
Sword of R and G
Sword of G and W[/quote]
I'm thinking about getting a case, but if they print the allied swords it's guaranteed that I will
I'm really hoping for a Wurmcoil engine and chalice of the void, love those cards, maybe a steel hellkite?
FYI, I stopped in WalMart to change the baby last week, and they had Kaladesh Gift Boxen. The promo card is Chief of the Foundry. No alt-art this time; very disappointing.
I'm buying this for the planes themselves, the decks are just gravy. Aftermarket prices for the all of the planes together are already higher than the price point of this package. So in that regard it's still a good deal, regardless of the original prices.
I'm with this 100%. Already paid in full.
Same here. Just to give a better idea to those who probably haven't looked in to it, all 86 planar cards individually added up to $330cdn, while the whole box set cost $200cdn. Already reserved mine.
Urza
Legendary Creature - Human Artificier
Whenever you cast an artifact spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile an artifact spell that costs less. Put that exiled artifact card into play tapped. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
4/4
Basically the opposite of mishra.
I'm hoping that there are at least 2-3 4cmc commanders be them creatures/enchantments/Planeswalkers. Just so I'm not forced into running one for my angel deck.
I doubt they would make Urza a creature when he is a PW.
It's not the fact that he's a judge, it's that he's a judge at the fair that's being runned by the consulate stipulating that he's working for them in some capacity
W does not equal good, after all Tyranny would be W.
It can grow xenophobic to the point that it will not tolerate differentiation of any kind, even condemning such innovation or individuality as blasphemous or evil in hopes of turning the community against it. It does so in order to protect the group and keep it under its jurisdiction, in certain fear that differentiation can only serve to destroy everything White has built and worked toward. This makes White very slow to react to new threats. White's rigid structure also accompanies this weakness, handicapping White as much as it does its enemies. If xenophobia does not set in or stand in the way of change (even changes potentially beneficial to White and the group), then law, structure, and tradition will.
We assume he is at the very least U, probably UB like his last card representation. We haven't seen much of him yet in official fiction, but he seems to represent the laws and government of Kaladesh (W), probably for his own interest (B), and probably as a way to gain new knowledge and new tools (U). I think he fits as the Esper 'walker, in this particular story.
IMHO, he is closer to Esper than Tamiyo is to Bant.
White works for the betterment of the society they are part of, even if they are wrong about it. For example Konda thought that by stealing "That which was taken" he would protect his newborn daughter and his kingdom. Radiant of Serra's Realm believed that by killing anyone who was not as fanatic in their belief as herself she would prevent the realms collapse, this turned her into a murderous fascist, but her intent was still to protect their society/world. The church of Avacyn believed that the best way to protect Thraben and the rest of Innistrad from the horrors that had started appearing was to launch a full scale inquisition, but again, motivated by a desire to protect their society.
Tezzeret cares about one thing, and one thing only: Tezzeret. There is nothing even remotely white about him.

He's the head judge at the fair which is runned by the consule, they consule is strongly considered to be UW. He's going after the head of the renegades for whatever reason whoch in turn helps the consulate. This seems veryW action to me and very much in line woth the examples that you presented. It's the way i see it anyways.
I think Baan is going to be UW and i highly doubt liliana will get a card. Vraska did get a nod in the story today. Maybe she'll be there to collect aether for the golgari. I still hope that will get a tezzeret.
Oh, I wasn't aware of the rotation change.
