What does everyone think about swapping the Scryings for Oath of Nissa? A turn one play, can dig for threats or Temple/utility lands, it's cheaper, and will very rarely miss. It's also a better topdeck later in the game. Also, post-board, having Oath & Stirrings makes it pretty easy to find Spellskite (primarily) or Phyrexian Revoker/other artifact creatures.
I've also swapped the Talismans for 4 Sakura Tribe Elder. They're more resilient, can find Wastes/Forest/Mountain to beat Blood Moon and other nonbasic hate, and it fogs a creature on turn 2/3, unlike Talisman.
I'm still looking for early game cards to act as threats/defense. Goyf might be the perfect answer. Maybe replacing the Endless Ones I currently run. Oath can help spam & boost Goyfs too.
