Could I get some info please on deck suggestions. I love the delver deck and am open to most color splashes. I don't want to go temur, because I am not spending $600 on Goyfs, and I don't love grixis..but I accept that it is good. My current build is below. What other decks can I build by splashing? UW Control, UWR, others? I want to get a small card pool of staples together to play blue decks (with snapcaster) in modern.
You could try going Jeskai and add paths and lightning helix. Alternatively, you can stick with the colors you have and go with a spell-heavy deck that relies on prowess creatures such as Stormchaser mage and monastery swiftspear to push through damage. I also really like slip through space to push extra damage through.
Thanks for pointing this out. I almost sold out when these hit $10 but I resolved to hold on and forgot about them. Wowee wow wow...and this is just on the hope that they might become tier one. If it actually does become tier 1...to the moon with these. And the non-foils too. Only one printing and only from a core set.
I'm looking for a chinese foil repopulate to complete a set of all 8 printed languages of Repopulate. I can't seem to find any sellers. Any idea of where to look?
This is because they did not print foil Chinese cards at the time. Chinese booster packs will contain an English foil card instead. Nemesis is the first set to include foil Chinese cards.
My goal isn't to win any GP's, just local FNM's. Should I keep waiting to get those cards?
I really enjoy the game. But sometimes I think I'd just be better off selling my collection and putting the money into better use. The game just really seems to be really time and money consuming.
It seems like you don't want to step away from Magic completely. Do you still play with the group of friends that got you into the game? I recommend building a cube, it allows you to keep the cards you want to play with and once you have done it, it doesn't require that much maintenance as building and reading about new decks in modern or standard. It's like having your own magic board game.
Weren't foil full arts also a lot rarer than your standard pack foil? Is there any reason to believe wizards will make them artificially scarce again?
I don't think so. Every Zendikar pack came with a full art land. The foil slot can be either a land or non-land card. So you can essentially get 2 full-art lands in one pack.
@Sparki, very nice alter as well and it looks even better in the dark! Did the artist use some form of metallic paint?

Glad to have helped! Now you can cash out.

I would take pile B, you can pick up a cheaper version here for ~$90 USD.
