What do you guy think of the Traverse version with Death Shadow, Pyro and Bedlam? Guess it could improve the Tron MU by increasing the clock.

Thanks guys for your answer. I have been playing Knightfall for a while now but never used Meddling Mage before. I tried it during my last FNM and it was fine. My other question is about Kira Great Glass Spiner. This card don’t go well with Retreat, but I’m also playing a non Retreat list with Jace. So I think it fit pretty well in our deck as a 1 of, espacially with Selfless Spirit and Queller. What do you guys think ?

Thanks, some great points here. I agree that the deck (UW) is easier to hate. Blood Moon is not so bad tough since I can easily use the Elesh Norn/Iona/Rites package. But grave hate is aweful. Elesh Norn/Iona are giving me a lot of free win against Company deck, Affinity, Burn, Valakut and Storm. However, I feel I have an horrible MU against Tron, E Tron, GBx and Shadow. Is those MU ok for U Tron ? I will give a try to U Tron, but feel I will miss my gift package. And Alex your list look really great, do you have some success with it ?

First time I post here. I’m playing a lot of UW Gifts Tron. So far, I really like the deck. Elesh Norm and Iona are giving me a lot of free win. The Wrath/Gifts package (Wrath, Supreme and Day) is also very good. However, U Tron seem to be more played. Is there any reason for this ? I have no experience with the deck and I do really wonder if it’s more competitive. Thanks in advance for your input.

What do you think of Leyline of Sanctity in sideboard in a Tooth and Nail? Im trying this 3x along with 2x Choke and Boseiju in a standard T&N list with 3 Blood Moon main. BM is giving me a great MU against Eldrazi Tron, Tron and Valakut. I expect Leyline to help me survive long enough to combo against Storm plus it’s quite good against DS

Gideon Intervention has been a great tech for me against Valakut and Storm, but I’m still having a hard time against GBx shell. The Promised End might be a win more but I like it very much. It lose a lot of value after game 1 when grave hate come in though.

Guntius do you mind sharing your Tooth and Nail list ? And yes it can go out on turn 3 easily if not disrupted. That’s why I think the deck is better positioned right now than Genesis Wave / Craterhoof variant

Turn 1 : Arbor Elf
Turn 2 : Utopia Sprawl follow up with CoTV on 2
Against DS we hit so many card from their deck that I don’t mind the draw back. But I’m not sure yet it’s the way to go. I was also thinking Trinisphere. RG Ponza are sometime playing it in SB and it sounds good. What do you guys think ? And thanks for the primer !

Thanks Uegjo, I appreciate your input. I agree that Storm is a bad matchup, but I played it so many time with Genesis Wave and it feel worse. DS is tough, but it's one of the reason I'm using BM main (with Valakut, E-Tron, Tron and Control). I also agree with you that Storm and DS are tier 1 deck currently. So what if we try CoTV in sideboard ? Something like this :

CoTV on 1 is really rough for DS and we can cast it on 2 with a good hand on turn 2 for Storm. For DS since we have around 8 1 drop, I suggest we cut some Arbor Elf after game 1. Do you think it's a viable option ?
