Shinobi: Great! Neat combo of mechanics. I would just make it mono red or black, as mono blue shouldn't get a huge direct damage spell like that anymore 8

Prismatic Custodian had me right up until the Rhystic clause. I mean, it's a 6 mana creature, can't you let it just Quirion Dryad for multicolorspells? Allowing opponents to interfere is counterintuitive, awkward and frustrating. also would have been cleaner as a 0/0, 1/1 or 2/2 than a 1/3. Having non-symmetrical p/t on a +1/+1 counter creature forces players to recalculate more than necessary. 7/10

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player puts a Deluge counter on a land of their choice. Those lands are Islands as long as they have Deluge counters on them.
Drowning UUB
Enchantment- Aura R
Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted players upkeep, that player puts X cards from the top of their library into their graveyard, where X is the number of cards in their graveyard.
Shuffle Drowning and enchanted players graveyard into their owner's libraries if you lose more than five life in a turn.
UB is likely broken, as it tutors/screws opponents perpetually. RG on is awkward, as the Frenzy ability is just worse than the green one all the time.
Daiches
I like them, but the UB is WAY better than the GW. Sure the GW discourages attacking, but without vigilance it's just a wall. The UB guy can do that too, a 3/2 is a pretty good blocker, but it also allows for a beat down. It would have been more interesting if GW had vigilance, or if the other creature was a 4/1 UR guy
Timothy, Mimeslayer
Defenders should have defender, not haste. These guys are fine, if unexciting. Both are pretty boring without the other
bloodyspasm
I see what you did there. Again, these guys are fine, but unexciting. And they are fairly Meh creatures without their supporter.
Summon_Legend
Not sure I really see how these two fit together. Sure they're both 2/3s for 2, and the WB one kind of hoses the other. But then, the WB one kind of hoses everyone, that guy is super annoying. I mean, he hold off an entire army by himself, and just wrecks limited unless you have immediate removal.
Piar
Boring, but nuanced. I like that despite having symmetrical abilities, the two play very differently. An elegant pair.
Enoch
Interesting, goblins don't strike me as diplomats. Elves don't typically reach, that's more of a treefolk/spider thing. These are fine, but feel clunkier than some of the other designs.
Stabbish, Cactacae General
Legendary Land- Mountain Cactus M Stabbish, Cactacae General enters the battlefield tapped.
Whenever Stabbish becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to target creature or player and 2 damage to you. Animate -1RR: Put three +1/+1 counters on this card. It becomes a creature and loses this ability.

Riddle Master- It would be a difficult subgame if it only happened once, but the problem is that after the first time you activate it, you get to know basically everything except the top of the deck. So why not make it "guess the top card of your opponent's deck?" That'd be a lot easier. Also, the stats are really low, considering how hard it is to win. 2/3 flyier that did that effect when it attacked would still be fine at 3. 5/10
Concussive Wake Chain is interesting. A "Ripple" effect that you have some control over. Having the cost be exiling cards seems random though, and I don't think the ability really needs it, usually. The card itself is neat, I like that it deals damage directly to planeswalkers. Wouldn't it be more elegant to just have it deal 3 to everyone, though? 7/10
