I like it! Flavorful, balanced. Fetches early and cycles late. I just don't like that its an instant when it could easily be a sorcery. Sorceries force more meaningful decisions, and it means you can't do silly things like use a sac land then respond with this before the land resolves. 8/10
Cultivated Harvest 4G
Sorcery R
Each player secretly chooses five permanents, then reveals their choices simultaniously. For each permanent you choose that is not also chosen by an opponent, search through your library for a card with the same name as that card and put it onto the battlefield under your control. Shuffle your library.
RE: Wand, Granted. However, at 5 it's still a three card combo at best. It's only taking slightly less work than Fist of Suns, and that card's totally fine.
Mogue'Llanak has a ton going on. You've got Red=Haste, White=Pro Black, Blue= Draw Cards, and Green=Make tokens. That's fine, but it's kind of the poor man's solution to making a gold card to take elements out of every color and smush. The nephlim/commanders typically only have one or two abilities, but manages to capture the flavor of all of the colors combining. 7/10
Spiked Boobytrap1
Artifact-Equipment U
Scupper 4(You may cast this spell at any time you could play an instant by paying it's Scupper cost. If you do, it enters the battlefield equipped to target creature.)
When equipped creature blocks, it deals damage equal to it's toughness to the blocked creature and to that creature's controller. Sacrifice the equipped creature at the end of combat.

Dead Ringers is one of the most confusing templates in Magic, so using that space as a mechanic is challenging to say the least. +4/+0 for G also seems over the top. MAYBE in red, but green doesn't get +x/+0 effects that often. The fact that it's sometimes free doesn't help, nor does the way that casting a single artifact turns on all your glow spells. What's the flavor there? 5/10
Wand of Illumination5
Artifact R
Colored cards in your hand have Glow 3. "Wooo!"- Hex, Raver Mage
Eldam Sivi, the UniterWUG
Creature - Human Elf Rebel M Hexproof
Creatures and creature cards you own are all creature types. X,T: Search your library for a Tribal card with converted mana cost X or less, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

Druidic Recycling1GG
Tribal Enchantment- Druid R
When Druidic Nuturing enters the battlefield, choose a creature type.
Whenever a card of that type is put into your graveyard from anywhere, you may draw a card.
Krosan Nurturer is balanced, but compares unfavorably to Joraga Treespeaker. Also, mana producers that are big creatures just don't provide fun player options, because they don't come down fast to accelerate, and can't beat down when you need them for mana. 6/10
Mimeoplast GB
Creature- Ooze U
As Mimeoplast enters the battlefield, you may exile a creature card from any graveyard. If you do, it enters the battlefield with +1/+1 counters on it equal to the power of that card.

Angelic Squire, I really like this. Plays very well with Kaalia, small angels are fun, and it's very "white". 10/10
Ember's GlowR
Sorcery C
Return an sorcery card at random from your graveyard to your hand. From little embers, great fires grow.

Temporal SanctuaryW
Enchantment R
Skip your untap step.
If another permanent you control would be put into the graveyard from the battlefield, it phases out instead. (It's treated as though it doesn't exist until your next untap step)
If you don't control any other untapped permanents, sacrifice Temporal Refuge.
IIW: A Schemes or two from a New Phyrexian archenemy deck.
Colubrid 1UU
Creature- Snake U
Whenever Colubrid attacks and isn't blocked, you draw a card and defending player gains a poison counter. It steals both your strength and your secretes.

Nacatl Explorers GG
Creature- Cat Scout U
Whenever Nacatl Explores deals damage to an opponent or dies, you may search your library for a Forest card, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.

Memnarch, the All-Father 5(P/B)(P/B)
Legendary Artifact Creature - Wizard M 1(P/B)(P/B): Target artifact becomes a 3/3 Golem creature in addition to its other types. (This effect lasts indefinitely.) 3(P/B): Return target artifact from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. It becomes a 3/3 Golem creature in addition to its other types.

Glyph of the Wilds is ok, and the price is step enough to discourage people from playing it when they don't have to. But the price might be so steep as to discourage anyone from playing it. I mean, you get virtually the same utility out of a Chalice or Signet but it doesn't cost you the extra card. Also, there was already a Glyph cycle back in legends, so that's awkward. And adding subtypes to artifacts without needing to is inelegant. 7/10
Glyph of the Mind 2
Artifact C
Discard a land card, sacrifice Glyph of the Mind: Draw two cards.
Discard a blue card, sacrifice Glyph of the Mind: Draw three cards.
Emerald Guardian 1GG
Artifact Creature- Troll Golem U
You have Hexproof. Every bridge into the Emerald Kingdom has a Troll beneath it as a matter of design.

First to clarify, Derange is an ability word, not a Keyword ability. Ability words have no associated rules text and are not what the challenge was discussing.
Eclyroth, Elfhame Guardian- Bomby, but it feels extremely similar to Avenger of Zendikar. Except more awkward in that you don't get to attack with your tokens, and if they immediately kill it you have nothing to show for it. 7/10
Savra, Selesnya Evangel2GW
Legendary Creature- Elf Shaman
Whenever a white enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, put two 1/1 green Saproling creature token onto the battlefield.
Whenever a non-token green creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may search your library for a enchantment card and reveal it. If you do, shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.

Boo. That's like saying an artifact creature doesn't count for a Make a Creature challenge. Clearly submitted a enchant land. Moving on.
Vorinclex, the Ascended Hunger8
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi Praetor M Trample, Infect
When Vorinclex attacks, put a -1/-1 counter on every permanent the defending player controls. Those permanents don't untap during their controller's untap step. Beyond Flesh, Beyond Metal, there is only Hunger.
