Star City Games has Gilt-Leaf Palace at $8.00 and Auntie's Hovel at $7.50. I'm thinking those two will get up to $10.00-$12.00.
The other three are $5.00 each. I think they're just going to go up from there. Ancient Amphitheater seems less useful and I think it will actually fall. My guess would be $2.50 to $3.00 on AA.
Future Sight had some wonderful design ideas. Edge of Autumn and Ichor Slick are examples of well-executed cards. I'm just pointing out commons I like as an example that all good cards in the set aren't rare.
All of the lands are in the $5-$7 range and Korlash is certainly worth opening a pack over. Tarmogoyf is easily worth any four cards in the set in monetary terms. I still think it's a good set.
Alas, Future Sight also had the misfortune to be the third set in a block. This is personal opinion, but the third set has a number of disadvantages in terms of product opened and placed on the secondary market. By the third set it seems people are bored with the mechanics. The first set is awesome since it's a "Welcome Back to School" present and the second set helps with post-Christmas doldrums. By May I'm thinking about being outside and vacation, not about playing Magic. People go away for the summer and play groups break up. One could argue the exact opposite and say players have more time for Magic over the summer.
I have no idea where to buy a Goyf, beyond the internet. Every store I've visited within an hour drive (Star City is about three hours from me) is out of them. In that sense it seems like there are fewer Goyfs out there. So, yes, I think there may be fewer Goyfs out there than a typical hot rare.
Mark Rosewater did mention that the strange changeling rares for Red and Green would be in Morningtide. It's reasonable to think the other cycles might be completed there as well.
Lorwyn reminds me of The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth with a few crowd scene extras from The Neverending Story.

I do like it. I'll enjoy the return of Merfolk and look forward to seeing what craziness develops with Thoughtseize and other chase rares. It is better than Kamigawa, but it doesn't have the "new" feel of Mirrodin's equipment or Ravinca's hybrid mana.
I plan to do some draft/sealed and put any soldiers or merfolk I end up with into some older decks. A clash based drinking game might be fun. Tarpitcher worries me and I hope it doesn't make it into the basic set. Other than that I'll trade in any rares I get and wait for the whole cycle to start again.
I guess this has been coming for a while. I'm sorry I won't be there to blow up Stromgald Crusader for you. You and I have forgiven each other for a lot. Remember how you had that one-nighter with Serrated Arrows aftter I ended up on the Reserved List? I hope you and Moonglove Extract are very happy in the future.
I'm ranking it below Invasion and right around the same level as Ravnica. I may be in the minority but I didn't care for Ravnica's uneven color distribution. Yes, it did level out in the end, but it's hard when your friends are modifying their favorite casual decks in October and you must wait until the following May. I also realize Lorwyn may have uneven colors also.
Honestly, the inclusion of Merfolk puts it above Ravnica for me. "Yeah, Lorwyn was garbage, but I got new cards for my Merfolk Deck for the first time in six years." That's not even true, given Time Spiral. I'll echo the previous praise for Fallen Empires. There's just something about the tone of FE that hasn't been duplicated. It felt like reading a really engaging historical novel.
In that series there were seven siblings who represented various ideas. They were:
1. Destiny
2. Death
3. Dream
4. Destruction
5. Desire
6. Despair
7. Delirium
Good guess though. Oops. I see someone beat me to it.

It's been a really fun rumor season.
I have to agree with quetzilla: there's no reason for the lands to be rare.
