Yes, Flusterstorm is from the 2012 set, not 2011. Apparently, from what I've heard from other judges, the 2nd judge foil from the 2011 was not released. You'll notice that there is no judge foil with 2/8 G11 in the collector info.
Actually, wasn't at that particular KC tourney - mixed up the dates. My bad. Either way, still should gave called a judge.
At the very least, he should pull one of us aside and have a private discussion. Even something as simple as "Hey, I saw something suspicious you might want to look at." We are always available for questions/comments during tournaments and Drew failed to take advantage of the resources provided to him.
As one of the judges who was working at the KC tournament, I would like to remind you that while we do our best to ensure the integrity of the tournament, we cannot be in all places at all times. 20 judges cannot possibly babysit 350+ players constantly, especially if that were in the early rounds when half of the judging staff is tucked away in a corner checking deck lists.
Secondly, if Drew had noticed an error in the game state (as shown in the video), he should have called a judge immediately. If a spectator notices an illegal game state or something potentially fishy going on, they should bring it to our attention as soon as possible. Had he done so (and presented that evidence he recorded), I can guarantee that an investigation would have been conducted and that, more than likely, Alex would have had himself a shiny new DQ for his resume.
The fault does not lie with the judges in this situation. The only person to blame here for letting this go unnoticed is Drew.
So, unless this is an entirely bizarre series of coincidence and chance, Meddling Mage will see print again. Note, though, that this is not at ALL like the rumored Tolarian Academy reprint rumor in Time Spiral. The people who started the rumor overlooked the brazen fact that Tolarian Academy is on the reserved list, and couldn't possibly be reprinted. Given the evidence, I think the rumor is essentially confirmed.

The word "Meddling" appears 2 times in the set (fits the instance in the title and the game text of Meddling mage).
There is no other card in magic (beside Meddling kids from Unhinged) with the word "Meddling" in it.
the word "named" is used only once in ARB. the only other gold cards with "named" in their game text are:
Boris Devilboon (Legends)
Conjurer's Ban (Guildpact)
Dementia Sliver (Time Spiral)
Demigod of Revenge (Shadowmoor)
Hazezon Tamar (Legends)
Isperia the Inscrutable (Dissension)
Rohgahh of Kher Keep (Legends)
Stangg (Legends)
Tolsimir Wolfblood (Ravnica)
We know that Demigod of Revenge can't be in the set because it's hybrid.
Boris Devilboon, Hazezon Tamar, and Rohgahh of Kher Keep are on the reserved list, so they're out.
Dementia Sliver will definitely not be reprinted, as Slivers would be totally out of place with the block theme.
Conjurer's Ban, Isperia the Inscrutable, and Tolsimir Wolfblood would be almost impossible to reprint, since they were designed for the guild theme of the Ravnica block.
Stangg is not in the orb, hence he is eliminated.

Otherwise, i'll play if you already have enough people.EDIT: Hmm...seem to have missed the cut off. I guess I'll enter for judging then. lol
