I've taken into consideration the advice i got on this thread. I removed the tezzeret's simulacrums and augmenting automatons in favor of 4 Mycosynth Wellsprings, the tyrant came out (replaced by another red gearhulk) and the planar bridge came out. the wellsprings have smoothed out my mana quite a bit I need to throw in a good board wipe I may pick up a damnation now that the price is more manageable.
Enchant Equipment
The enchanted equipment has; 2W: Create a 2/2 white spirit creature token, then attach this to it, Activate this ability only if this card is not attached to a creature.
These weapons are like my family
next: A trasformig card, on Ravnica a druid (Not necessarily from a guild) is nursing a sapling that has taken root in the cityscape, on the flipside that same druid is riding a tree like elemental through the streets (presumably the same sapling she was nursing.)
Search your library for a non-artifact creature and put in into your graveyard, as long as that creature is in your grave yard it has Embalm (The embalm cost is equal to it's mana cost.)
The entombing ceremonies ensure an easy transition into the afterlife and if necessary an easy way back.

If you have a cost reduction effect and a spell with X in it's cost, then yes (in the case of Goblin Electromancer )you get one point "free" for your X value.
For example; if you cast Banefire with an X of 4 while Electromancer is under your control, then it would deal 5 damage, because it cost 1 less to get a value of 5
The Hellkite tyrant was a last minute gimmick card meant to specifically screw over a friend's deck, but is easy to take out. On the note of the less impactfull artifact creatures I'm aware they are not optimal if i take them out for mana rocks or wellsprings I don't know if I'll have the early defenses to not get hammered, I could put in more tezzeret's touchs I suppose.
When Gatstan enters the battlefield create three 4/4 white and black Angelic slave tokens with "This creature cannot attack unless Gatstan is attacking" and "If Gatstan blocks a creature this creature must block that creature as well."
If damage would be done to Gatstan redirect that damage to an Angelic slave if able.

(the idea is that the demon is using his slaves as meat shields hence the redirection effect and he makes them do the actual attacking also the angels are bound and cant fly.)

I think as far as Fiora is concerned I think design has that plane for conspiracy only, but I could be wrong.
Although Atlazan may not be confirmed I have seen art for it that looks a lot like Vraska. I don't know the proper way to link images or I'd show what I'm referring to.
Makes sense to cover the background up to Time spiral first, it gets convoluted. I'm a sucker for time paradoxes, but I know Time spiral was a bit of a polarizing time in magic history people ether loved it or hated it.
Another great dive in to magic history. I hope you do time spiral soon, I love that plot line and you seem to be slowly moving in that direction. R.I.P. Freyalise

As a Player casts a demon spell they may pay X life, if they do reduce the cost of that spell by X
It unlocks many doors, none of which you'd want to open.
