I posted this in the Beta recently, but I'm not sure if anyone can see it there. My apologies for the double post. The other thread is here is that's a better way to do this.
Ok, so...
I control Melek, izzet paragon and Rewind is on top of my library. I Rewind my own Ponder, then with the copy, target the initial Rewind. After all players pass priority, the copy of Rewind resolves, I untap four lands, and Ponder will be on the stack alone, not countered. Is this correct?
In the same situation, what if both the initial Rewind and the copy target Ponder? I think the copy of Rewind will resolve, countering Ponder, and I'll untap four lands. Then sadly, my original Rewind will have no legal target and fizzle, so I don't get to untap four more lands. Correct?

Shadowcraft, saying that card is too similar to Unexpected Results is like saying Rift Bolt, Firebolt, Forked Bolt, and Electrostatic Bolt are too similar to Lightning Bolt. New magic cards build off older magic cards and always have. You didn't invent reanimation, +1/+1 counters, 2/2's, or zombies, but for some reason, you still posted the above card.
