Cross tribe cards are hard since they would have to be extra powerful to counteract not benefitting from the other tribal boosts in those decks. Knight-Captain of Eos and Hero of Bladehold, Knights that otherwise fit a Soldier deck, are the examples that come to my mind. If they themselves were Soldiers, I'd be more inclined to play them.
Otherwise, great science post.
Yet being available only at big box stores means they won't be on sale like regular packs are
Either MWS crashes when I add the set or if I add it successfully, MWS crashes when I save the new masterbase and reopen MWS.
I put cards in MSE and exporting in MWS format, that's worked fine before.
I avoid flavortext as I have before and usually that works, but no this time.
I've tried adding only parts of the set and can't figure out what cards are the problem if that's even the issue at all.
Forest had been left out. Added that and did find/replace to change the card numbers from /273 to /274.

Not sure how good this is in general, but I'm building a Selesnya tokens deck, and several things I'm running anyway answer 'whirler. Several token makers are 2/2's and Conclave Cavalier beats 'whirler by itself, Song of Freyalise chapter 3, Divine Visitation making new tokens 4/4's instead
Experimental Frenzy was a pain the butt, Blink of an Eye or perhaps other bounce SB seems useful for problem permanents I can't just burn (or big creatures I'd have to 2 for 1 burn), could bounce a planeswalker and pressure opponent rather than attack the walker
I was often colorscrewed blue, -1 Mountain +1 Island seems useful with the increased emphasis on that color in this build
7 Plains
7 Forest
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Temple Garden
Creature (15)
4 Conclave Cavalier
4 Emmara, Soul of the Accord
4 Llanowar Elves
3 Worldsoul Colossus
2 Sprouting Renewal
4 Sworn Companions
Instant (2)
2 March of the Multitudes
Enchantment (15)
4 Conclave Tribunal
4 Dawn of Hope
3 Divine Visitation
4 Song of Freyalise
3 Arboretum Elemental
4 Collar the Culprit
4 Crush Contraband
4 Join Shields
The idea is a solid tokens/weenie deck that’s bonkers with Divine Visitation. I only own 3, I might get a 4th if I go with this, similar for March of the Multitudes.
I prefer Llanowar Elves over ramp spells like Grow from the Ashes to fit creature theme.
Camaraderie and Bounty of Might seem overcosted. So do Flourish and Assemble but maybe the cheaper halves of those split cards would help.
Do Shanna, Sisay’s Legacy, Worldsoul Colossus and Might of the Masses work with the weenie approach? Would History of Benalia work without many other Knights? I avoid Saprolings because the Solider lifelink is better on 1/1’s with saproling synergy.
Arboretum Elemental and Join Shields are quick sideboard choices if spot removal is a problem. Crush Contraband seems like a good sideboard card in general, I like Sprouting Renewal because it can be a token maker rather than a dead card. Demotion seems possible for cheap removal especially if activated abilities get annoying
Are Risk Factor and Ral wrong here? RF can be inconsistent. Ral is a bomb, is he too slow or high CMC? What's wrong with Steam-Kin though?
I don't like Crash Through and Warlord's Fury mainly cantripping. At least Opt filters
I also prefer counters that can hit anything - here, Sinister Sabotage or Devious Cover-Up, maybe Syncopate. If I run Cover-Up, a lot sounds good since recurring previous copies is part of the fun
6 Island
9 Mountain
4 Steam Vents

4 Opt
4 Shock
2 Sinister Sabotage
4 Devious Cover-Up
4 Fight with Fire
4 Goblin Chainwhirler
1 Lightning Strike
2 Radical Idea
4 Sinister Sabotage
I tried using the contact form on their TCGPlayer store, initially I ruled that out since my issue had nothing to do with TCGPlayer but maybe that's the way to get ahold of them.

Planeswalker (2)
2 Ral, Izzet Viceroy
1 Arclight Phoenix
4 Fight with Fire
4 Goblin Chainwhirler
1 Lava Coil
1 Ral, Izzet Viceroy
4 Unexplained Disappearance
Not sure what to take out for more counters especially since that would be a different kind of deck.

I went Izzet instead. I still have a strong matchup against other aggro and can outrace combo but fall apart to control. I like Sinister Sabotage or Devious Cover-Up (since they counter anything), in blue also Unexplained Disappearance or Chemister’s Insight.
4 Risk Factor is too many since especially with jumpstart and/or situations when 4 damage is harmless. I’ve never found anything to do with Dire Fleet Daredevil, so I’ll cut it. Artifacts haven’t been a huge threat so I may reconsider Cratermaker. I used it to replace Abrade but 1 to 1 card changes might not be the best response to rotation.
Arclight’s haste sometimes seems better than Rekindling’s less conditional resurrection. Steam-Kin is boss especially since it triggers on cast, and removing 3 counters for 3 mana to cast another red spell essentially costs only 2 counters.
Enigma Drake for similarity to Crackling Drake seems obvious. Against non-weenie decks, ‘Whirler does little, and the drakes also have a big body, so maybe I’ll sideboard ‘Whirler.
