Like this over OG Tezzeret but don't think it is better than Will Kenrith. So for me it is between this and baby Jace and I am leaning towards the latter.
Blitzmare1R
Creature - Elemental Horse (R)
Multikicker 1R
Haste, Trample
For each time Blitzmare was kicked it gets +3/+0 until end of turn and target creature an opponent controls can't block Blitzmare this turn.
When Blitzmare attacks if it isn't blocked you may return it to your hand after combat.

Maniacal Ritualist3BB
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
Kicker—Sacrifice up to two creatures. (You may sacrifice up to two creatures as you cast this spell.)
When Maniacal Ritualist enters the battlefield, if it was kicked, choose one—
- Each opponent loses 3 life for each creature you sacrificed this way.
- Each opponent sacrifices a creature for each creature sacrificed this way.

Hmmm....I'm not so sure. Entreat has been incredible on a frequent basis in my experience but YMMV. Sublime seems to be working for a lot of people as most responses (on twitter) put Sublime 1st or 2nd, but my experience does mirror yours on this one at least.
I would say Thassa = Obstructionist > Baral >> Riftwing Cloudskate >>> Clutch of Currents
Baneslayer is the clear cut as Lyra is nearly identical with a few modifications that on the whole are stronger. Ranking wise I would put Angel of Invention first, then Lyra/BSA, and Relic Seeker last though it doesn't obviously compete with the first two.
Venser's Remnant1W
Creature - Spirit (R)

Flying
When Venser’s Remnant enters the battlefield you may pay 2, if you do exile another target permanent you own and return it to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step.

Seachiller Serpent
Creature - Serpent (M)
Seachiller Serpent has hexproof as long as there are five tapped non-land permanents on the battlefield.
When Seachiller Serpent enters the battlefield tap up to two target non-land permanents. They remain tapped as long as Seachiller Serpent is on the battlefield
5/5
Boneyard Boss3BB
Creature - Skeleton (R)
When Boneyard Boss enters the battlefield create two 1/1 Black skeleton tokens.
Tap an untapped skeleton you control: Boneyard Boss gains +1/+1 and indestructible until end of turn.
Sacrifice a skeleton you control: Return target creature from your graveyard to your hand.

I posted my questions here and on Reddit and the responses have been really varied, but a few constants.
Angelic Destiny is definitely a cut. Most people ranked them 1) Entreat 2) Sumblime 3)Linvala 4)Destiny. I'm curious as to why you gave Linvala the edge Wtwlf. I think I agree to be honest, white 4CC is a crowded space with existing powerful Angels(Gisela, Resto, Exalted via morph), it is weak to red, wants you to have more creatures but to only attack with one. It seems to be a bit of a nonbo with itself except in instances where it alone can go unblocked in the air and get in for big damage. Linvala on the other hand has a worst case scenario of being a 5/5 flyer for 4WW but only when you're already ahead on life and creature count. If you're behind on Life she does a nice Thragtusk impression and if you're behind on board she nets you a whopping eight flying power over two bodies. This seems to be what control style decks want in my estimation. Also the 6CC creature spot in White has Sun Titan and that's it. The only other high CC drop in white is Elesh Norn.
Unfortunately, for my hopes of replacing Liliana most responses said she is the best of the three so she stays for now.
Aristocrat won out based on all responses. Grenzo and Vial Smasher seem very evenly matched and I'll probably test both.
For Red there was a consensus on Earthshaker Khenra and Glorybringer, but for the third card I got Smash to Smithereens, Hero of Oxid Ridge, and Hordeling Outburst
For Green there was consensus on Tooth and Nail and then Yasova, Rhonas, Constrictor, and Song all got the next most votes. Curse of Predation was a clear loser.
Thank you so much! I know there's a lot of questions in there but I definitely needed the help! If I could get at least two more responses on this I can proceed with some changes.
Jaya, Dying Ember3RRR
Legendary Planswalker - Jaya (M) -3: Jaya, Dying Ember deals 3 damage to any target. -X: Jaya, Dying Ember deals half of X damage rounded up to each creature, other planeswalkers, and other players. 0: Sacrifice Jaya, Dying Ember: Exile cards equal to the number of loyalty counters on Jaya, Dying Ember from the top of your library. Until end of turn you may cast those cards as though they were in your hand.

Between Kytheon, Hero of Akros, Dauntless Bodyguard, and Selfless Spirit early-game indestructibility (or granting it) seems to be a much bigger thing in White decks. It's definitely a trend to watch out for and it places even more of a premium on exile effects as opposed to destroying.
Avid Antiquarian 1
Artifact Creature - Golem (U)
Whenever a historic permanent enters the battlefield level up Avid Antiquarian 1/2
Level 2-3: Historic permanents you cast cost 1 less to cast. 1/3
Level 4+: Historic permanents you cast cost 1 less to cast for each historic permanent you control. 1/4
Thought I'd make some Red high CC (6+) creatures that could slot into some cubes.
Shivan Firebird4RR
Creature - Phoenix (R)
Flying, Haste
Shivan Firebird’s casting cost is reduced by X where X is the greatest amount of damage dealt this turn to any one opponent by instants or sorceries you control. This effect reduces only the amount of colorless mana you pay.
4/3
Notes: Wanted to create a creature with an acceptable floor that ties cost reduction and damage to an opponent together. At worst this is a Volcanic Dragon with 1 less toughness. At best this is following up a burn spell to an opponent's face with an undercosted evasive beatstick for more damage. I contemplated allowing the cost reduction to happen based on damage to creatures as well--not just players, but I think that makes this way too good and it is plenty strong as is.
Warstorm Mage4RR
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
Whenever Warstorm Mage or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, it deals damage equal to its power to any target.
During your main phase you may pay XRR if you do create an X/1 red Elemental with haste and “sacrifice this creature at the beginning of your next end step.”
2/2
Notes: Warstorm Surge on a stick that creates its own twin threats (Hasty aggro tokens plus surge damage). I contemplated giving this one hexproof as a six-drop should be resilient, but I decided to let this guy's ability trigger off of itself instead to guarantee a minimum of value and then become a major threat on your next turn. I also chose to make the creature creation trigger a main phase trigger instead of an upkeep trigger so that you don't have to make that decision between making a threat and potentially not being able to cast what you draw.
