    Legendary Planeswalker- Ral {Mythic Rare}
    Forecast— (U/R), reveal Ral Zarek, Living Storm from your hand: Create a 0/1 blue and red Elemental creature token with prowess and "Ral planeswalkers you control enter the battlefield with an additional loyalty counter." (Activate this ability only during your upkeep and only once each turn.)
    You may activate the loyalty abilities of Ral any number of times each turn rather than only once.
    [-1]: Ral deals 1 damage to each opponent. Scry 1, then draw a card.
    [-4]: Add three mana in any combination of U and/or R. The next time you cast an instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
    [-7]: Draw X cards, where X is the number of Elementals you control. Then, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell with converted mana cost X or less from your hand without paying its mana cost. If you do, copy it X times. You may choose new targets for the copies.

    Legendary Land {R}
    When Zhalfir the Desolate enters the battlefield or at the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top 2 cards of your library face down. You may look at cards exiled this way.
    0: You may play a noncreature card exiled with Zhalfir the Desolate. Zhalfir phases out. Activate this ability only once each turn.
    So many lifetimes spent, all to return a continent that had long since destroyed itself.

    Mechanic- Codify X—Create a Tablet artifact token with "X"
    This mechanic is representative of the Justinian Code and Rome's use of written law that was equitable to all, to create equitable effects that are quite literally inscribed in stone. Jeskai would be the representative colors of law and order, symbolizing the Boros warlikeness of the Roman empire but also paying homage to the intellectualism and law typically associated with Azorius. Common creature types are Human, Rhino, Wizard, and Aven.

    Creature- Human Wizard {U}
    When Scribe of the Academy enters the battlefield, scry 2, then codify "At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player scries 2". (To codify a line of text, create a Tablet artifact token with that text)

    RR, sacrifice 3 Tablets: Politis deals 3 damage to each of up to 3 targets.

    Legendary Creature- Vampire Druid {M}
    Taark, Scion of Nature enters the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of lands you control.
    Whenever an artifact with converted mana cost X would enter the battlefield, you may pay X and return a land you control to its owner's hand. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Taark and exile that artifact instead.
    The Legion will crumble someday, and nature will destroy every monument, every building, until nothing is left.

    Flying, haste
    Whenever Bolt Thopter deals combat damage to a player, put a charge counter on it.
    As long as Bolt Thopter has 3 or more charge counters on it and you control a mountain, Bolt Thopter has first strike and "When this creature attacks, it deals 3 damage to any target."

    The idea is a cycle of Thopters based on the original Alpha boons, but modified so they're all of a similar caliber.

    Grace Thopter 2

    Flying, vigilance
    Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, put a charge counter on it.
    As long as Grace Thopter has 3 or more charge counters on it and you control a plains, Grace Thopter has lifelink and "Prevent the first 3 damage that would be dealt to this creature each turn"

    Enchantment- Saga
    I,II: Create a 1/1 black Worm creature token with deathtouch and "When a creature dealt damage by this creature this turn dies, create a tapped copy of this creature"
    III: Whenever a Worm deals combat damage to a player this turn, destroy target land that player controls.

    Flickering Ward 1WWU
    Legendary Enchantment {R}
    When Flickering Ward enters the battlefield, exile target creature.
    Whenever a creature blocks, exile it, then that creature's controller chooses another creature card exiled by Flickering Ward. That player puts the chosen card onto the battlefield under their control blocking each creature blocked by the exiled creature.

    No, it's supposed to be 2-3 days, unless a submission has been made in like the last 12 hours. That way popular ones can go longer if necessary, but the majority are supposed to be quick

    I dont really know what unifying characteristics viashino have to create one, besides that they have a level of control over dragons.

    At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose one that hasn't been chosen yet.
    -Unstable Experisaur gets +3/+3 and gains trample until end of turn.
    -Unstable Experisaur gains prowess until end of turn. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery this turn, you may pay 1. If you do, draw a card.
    -Unstable Experisaur deals 3 damage to each other creature and each player and planeswalker. Shuffle it into its owners library.

    @Cardz5000, it has been 5 days which is way longer than each of these should go, but on the other hand @void_nothing, in the future you should do some sort of "Hey, I'm gonna judge in a day if you don't" rather than just judging out of nowhere
