I play Hydroform on a Vivid Grove and then equip Luxior, Giada's Gift to it. After Hydroform wears off, Luxior should still make it a 2/2 creature and not fall off, right? So...
What if I do the same with Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle? After Hydroform wears off, will it be a 4/4 or a 16/16? (Assuming 4 counters)
What if I crew a Reckoner Bankbuster and equip it? After the crew effect wears off, is it a 3/3 or a 7/7?
If a land such as Simic Guildgate becomes a creature, which then becomes enchanted with Witness Protection, then finally Ashaya, Soul of the Wild is played by its controller, would the part of 201.5a that says "they are also removed for the entire time the object's card type is removed." Mean that regaining the type Land would cause it to regain the subtype Gate, making it a Creature Land - Citizen Forest Gate named Legitimate Businessperson?
The comprehensive rules, however, unfortunately don't clarify the case of what happens when a permanent that phased out indirectly, phases in when the permanent was attached only to permanents that likewise phased out indirectly along with the permanent.
So with no rule to tell them to phase in, it would seem like they stay phased out.
First: If two auras (Elemental Resonance) are enchanting each other, and get phased out, do they get stuck that way? 702.25g-h seems to imply they would.
Second: Time and Tide affects phased out creatures. If a phased out permanent was only a creature because of an effect like March of Machines before it phased out, will it phase in when time and tide resolves?
An exception would be a land with another permanent type like artifact (Tree of Tales) but that would use up your chance to play an artifact from your graveyard.
Dromoka's Command - if you choose the second mode (targeting an opponent) and the third (targetinf Zada), it won't be copied because it's not a spell that "targets only Zada".
If you choose the third mode (targeting Zada) and the fourth (also targeting Zada), then the Command will be copied for each of your other creatures. Each copy also has the third and fourth modes selected, both targeting the same creature.
This text-changing effect does not stop applying, because even though the ability gets removed when the text gets changed, it's too late: its effect was applied, and remains applying. (rule 613.1c, and perhaps 613.5)
Normally, yes. But it won't apply if it is removed in layer 1 by the copy effect it had from Sakashima's text while it entered the battlefield
Rule 612.5: One card (Volrath’s Shapeshifter) states that an object has the “full text” of another object. This changes not just the text that appears in the object’s text box and type line, but also changes the text that represents its name, mana cost, color indicator, power, and toughness.
But that text change is not copiable, and Sakashima's replacement effect doesn't copy name. Or does it Set the name of the copy? (706.9b or 706.9c?)

The fourth mode targets both creatures.
Volrath's Shapeshifter Does not have a copy effect. It has a text changing effect (612.5) It is a continuous effect that stops applying.
But that text change is not copiable, and Sakashima's replacement effect doesn't copy name. Or does it Set the name of the copy? (706.9b or 706.9c?)
