So my friend introduced me to this card the other day and it's something i'm seriously considering. 100 mana is a hell of an investment but I've definitely had board states capable of producing 60 or so mana a turn and ways to do it all again with Early Harvest and recursion. It's also a nice one mana enchantment which can just cycle well with an Enchantress on board. Thoughts?
So what are everyone’s thoughts on Rivals? I think Wayward Swordtooth
(The Oracle of Mul Daya dinosaur) is an absolute house. I’m excited to test him. World Shaper is also very interesting, especially is a Crucible build. I think between Him, Ramnaup Excavator and Life from the Loam the sacrifice/cycling/utility land package is probably the way to go.
I also think Azor’s Gateway deserves a test too. Although I do find with cards like Glacial Chasm im often using life as a resource. I also tend to get a lot of hate early game by players trying to race my shields. I’m a little unsure how much we’d get out of it.

Secondly, There’s been a few big changes since your HoD update. Mainly the planeswalker rule (we can now board more Nissas), C17 and Ixalan. Any thoughts on how they might impact the list? I think Vital Force’s ability to recur from the graveyard and her draw cards when you play land emblem are both very strong in this build.
