TBH, everyone so far has gone to the extreme the format can go. Make no mistake, I've tried the Narset + Windfall thing, its just as misery inducing as you'd expect, but lets apply this same logic to our beloved EDH and assume everyone runs Flash Hulk and Shimmer Zur builds right?
This is absolutely has to be treated casually or else it would just be "solved" by playing U/X Planeswalker with severe lockdown. Interesting to note though, Black got two 1cmc removal spells for 'Walkers in WAR that work well to hammer these strategies using broken spell + PW combos in the zone.
Questions about the deck, I suppose? Compliments? Delight at seeing odd cards find a home in a cool way? Mostly the sort of feedback I get when I play the decks at my LGS, mostly. People there are always interested in my decks and vice versa.
Something about the way you worded this bothers me. It sounds a little entitled.
As someone who posted their own list here to a resounding 0 responses, I figured pretty quickly that other than a few pet primers, I'd be better off spending the time I'd ask for feedback on the EDH sub-Reddit. This place is alright for some interesting and in depth takes on discussion, but I can't say as any of the deck lists on the front page appeal to me. That pretty much echoes the sentiment of others here about how diverse the options are. Of the 10 most popular commanders on EDHREC, I have 2 in my collection who are both just in the 99 of other decks (Meren in Prossh and Alesha in Najeela respectively). Anecdotal as it may be, it goes to show that not everyone even has a deck with some of the most played generals, so the market for some of these tribal lists is likely to be microscopic in comparison.
EDIT: One more thought, the amount of feedback I see being batted off for reasons exclusive to efficiency is too high to feel worth commenting on. There's only so many times you can read "Cyclonic Rift is banned in my meta/I don't feel its a fun card/It is in my other deck" before wondering why these conditions aren't stated on the deck list's post beforehand. Again, it shows the variance in the format's appeal based of the broad category of expectations for each player's desired experience.
You and permanents you control gain hexproof until end of turn.
Has Blue had access to these combined effects on a 2 mana instant before? Because this seems like the sort of card that should see a lot of play in EDH.
10 colorless mana isn't hard to achieve very early, thats the issue. Sure, one is stuck out early, but how many cards that interact with a PW turn 2 see play short of counterspells? A turn 2 doesn't seem hard to achieve relatively consistently being 4 mana corlorless to play. Now you could argue the consitency in regards to tutors, but I'd then have to argue none of this requires a colour. So you can slap it this 2 card combo into whatever deck you wished with better ways of ensuring its consistency.
Can't imagine the new Karn in the command zone would be allowed to exist. Just whacking Latice down early and locking your opponents out with a 1 card combo would probably make him by default the most powerful PW. Chainveil Teferi still provides access to Blue, but requires multiple actions that you can try and interact with.
I find Auction, Worldpurge and Aurora to be much the same ilk as Worldfire and other reset cards on the banlist. Sure, you can argue the technicalities of it not being a 100% game reset, but their function if far too often something to that effect. If you have the mana to spend on dragging the game out that would otherwise be over, you have mana to spend on ending it yourself instead.
I used run Toothy in my Kydele/Bruse wheels deck, mostly as an enchantment that draws cards later and can block most things with his soon to be hefty body. The only reason I stopped is my meta has a few Pyrohemia effects in it to hit Toothy before any triggers go off, but despite all this I find him to be a more useful version of Chasm Skulker. Between 3-8 1/1 tokens feels worse to me than 3-8 cards regardless of whether Toothy is exiled/bounced/flickered or killed.
Those 2 land cycles could really do with a finish for those reasons. Gotta see how far Bloodstained Mire as the only fetchland in my collection can carry me.
Augur of Bolas FNM ?
again a card with several reprints made an FNM... was already no fan of mortify, which already had a fnm, but now again ? why not a more original uncommon that is more characteristic for the set ?
Seeing Iona on the wishlist, along with Gifts off the ban list warms my heart to you. Iona is just a rude precedent to set the tone of your games with.

I was going to say this seemed like Blue's equivalent of Heroic Intervention.

This is now my mission in life. Tutor Nexus, sac it to one of the many outlets for artifacts, loop into salt.
Bling for your Pauper lists.
