The annoying part of the Astral Slide decks of yore was always taking up your mana to pay for the payoffs and not having mana for cycling afterwards...
Now we have a better slide, and a way to cheat on mana!
I love it! This was exactly what I was looking for - make a ton of mana, drop bombs, and draw lots of cards!
What is the way to play Necrologia? You don't get a chance to play any cards - so is it the last card you play / do you want to jam it asap? Do you want to have Reliquary Tower in play first?
Seems like everywhere you go, it's commander - with very little 60 card multiplayer going on. That being said, I love the community on this board, and have had little success in advice when I've posted in commander.
I would like to build a Necrologia commander deck on the somewhat cheap-- something that makes big flashy plays rather than combos.
That's about all my monoblack multiplayer knowledge at the moment. I would love input on people's favorite cards (hopefully in the 0-$5 range) and pet synergies.

Been a while since I brewed three colors - there is such a wealth of choice! That said, I think the deck is probably stacked a bit too high on the curve, and would love feedback about numbers on slots / cool combos I might ne missing out on.
Medallions do seem sweet here, as does Trash for Treasure. The only problem with that card is that it makes me want to become a Daretti style deck instead...
What are those lands called that you can pay to bring back from the yard? Those seem good here.
I think more Mizzix / bigger mana is a good way to go - updated the op with ideas.
