FWIW, Rolling Earthquake lost about 25% of its value about a month or 2 after the release of FTV, and only recently has bounced back a little (200, down to 150, now back up to 160ish). Judge promos are usually rare enough, however, to make little to no dent in the price of cards like FTVs do.
No, ZC is a sicko card that doesn't need help. I think a card like Pestermite invites that discussion more, and it's actually something we discussed with Marshall Sutcliffe on The Third Power #55:
Tombstalker should be getting compared to Gurmag Angler; what a sign that Magic has...er...ramped up the power. Rare = 5/5 flier for 6BB, common = 5/5 for 6B!
This card is sweet, and the biggest strike against it is the depth of GW. I still think it is a pretty neat card, and will likely try it at some point.
I've been particularly impressed with far/away since including it in my list. That said, I think Dragonlord S-gar is actually quite good and could likely push some other cards out of sections. The command is about .5-1 mana too expensive, and Nemesis just isn't a fun Cube card (it reminds me of Memory Adept, which was quite binary).
Re: Psychatog, if it isn't getting drafted you have to cut it for cards people will actually play. No harm in that. However, it certainly is a pretty good creatures that often eats a few cards before your opponent can actually kill it (even if you don't get to play it post-Upheaval so much anymore!).

P.S. To be fair, I don't have some of the other Judge Promos (like the Phyrexian Elesh) because they are soooo much.
Also, do like Silumgar a lot in unpowered larger multicolored sections.

Those are my suggestions for possible cuts.
