Those type of 3x3 pages are not sold seperately?

I am a set collector.
I do not actually play the game. I know. That is weird right!
I would prefer the 3x3 layout.

I like the way cards look in those binders with the pages that have the black background.
I am a set collector and a few questions about them.
Are those pages made in such a way that if I use both sides of each page that the cards dont touch one another?
I also want to a binder that has 9 pockets per page and not 12.
Are those pages sold separately?
