these days aggro decks are tapped out for, like, the first 5-6 turns. Does this charm give some versatile utility but also a less quick tempo?

Well I contend that the dump your hand aggro decks have been doing it wrong any way. If I have you on a 5 turn clock over extending to not progress your clock is a terrible play. Now, I just sit back turns 4+ swinging with my turn 1-3 drops. If you attempt a board wipe I win next turn. If you don't I 4 you to the head and still swing in for lethal. Whatever you guys, who think this card isn't broken, are smoking it's some strong stuff...
Also, I love the dispel comments. So now control has to have a sweeper AND a dispel (a 2 card combo) just to avoid losing. Not a 2 card combo that says you win... And if I drop a Thalia your 2 card combo costs you 7 mana!! While my 2 card combo costs me 5. Good luck with your super specific hate against a mainboardable hoser.
So they can just counter it with their 2 mana Boros Charm? No thanks.

I thought boros charm would actually balance that card. A hard cast pernicious deed that hits planeswalkers for XWB is really strong. Probably too strong. But the alternative XWBZealous persecution seems WAY unbalanced too.
do they run white in legacy burn? also how many creatures? sorry, I just don't follow legacy at all.
They don't and won't. Being wasteland proof is a bigger concern than doing 4 to yourself. However, This will replace bolts in my Aggro loam. My unblocked knight of the reliquary can hit you for a million with double strike? Nice wasteland... I'll keep my land thanks though. Is that a pernicious deeds? Shame you wasted it killing all your own stuff.
Well, good to know I can just save my money and avoid the next 3 months of RDW Standard. Now, I just need wizards to avoid printing any powercreep cards that will wreck legacy.
The 4 to the face for two already happens. I've used Pillar twice in a turn to finish people off a hell of a lot. That's 2 mana. So, what's your beef here?
That's like saying I can 6 someone with 2 lightning bolts so a RR do 6 damage card shouldn't bother anyone.
Maybe you should just calm down, wait for the rest of the set and be proactive instead of ranting about 2 perfectly fine cards. Dimir can mill damage and free cast at a constant, where is the rant on that one?

"exile target creatures" for 2 would be too strong, especialy at intant speed. also i dont think it will have 2 removal effects, but i think the discard could happen
exile target creature for 1 gives them a benefit (swords to plowshares or path to exile) Making it 2 and requiring B makes it much less crazy than an instant speed, one sided flame rift.
Oh pls, 5 hours ago ppl questioned if Boros would even be worth it. We get two decent cards for it that are "shocker" designed to make it viable and boom "everything is aggro, wtf wizards".

Hell, even Mana leak was used to protect the most aggro creature we've seen in YEARS and he was BLUE! Wizards are beating us over the head with this redzone bull. I'm fine with a diverse format. What wizards is creating isn't diversity but power swings. That's VERY VERY bad for a format cause it causes both sides to feel jerked around.
Hideously pushed. 4 damage for 2 mana is something we don't get without drawbacks, now we not only get it, enabling more pseudo RDW in boros and yet stapled to a "counter target removal or sweeper" which is basically just a negate in an aggro deck for all it cares, and with a combat trick for potentially more impact than 4 damage just to make sure.
I want to bonk development over the heads. They make zero effort to actually balance this game. They simply decide which cards are playable and which aren't, and give no middle ground. This is insanely pushed, now look at the 6 CMC timid attempts at cipher

Another charm that fits the color pair but doesn't really fit the guild. The only thing that fits is the indestructable. Everything else seems backwards. They're not a direct damage type of guild (unless it hits creatures) and double strike seems strange when the idea is to swing with an army. It should have been each attacking creature gets +2/+0, or Indestructable, or 4 damage to a creature.

This is sorta a big deal. So Selesnya gets a card in gatecrash?? That's bull! They literally just make up the flavor text. Why couldn't they give it some text about the evolutionary process instead of making it an off-guild card.
Looks like this art will be for the Orzhov X spell. I really hope they don't make it broken. Please Wizards just give us an xWB spell that destroys nonland permanents with x or less CMC.
I guess I don't understand why everyone says you shouldn't run four-ofs of good creatures with this card. This basically works to add more copies of those creatures. So you can run 8 copies of your huntmaster. Which was good with green sun's zenith.

I can't wait to see people misplay this at the prerelease! Also, Green Sun put the creature into play for 1 more, got shuffled back in, and let you pick exactly what creature it would be (so long as it was green).

I'm pretty sure Sphinx was a mistake... I don't think they thought that card through at all. And Thragtusk is an anti-wrath big dude.
