I feel as though playing Bant is going to take away from the focus. All you want to do is survive until you can cast a large sylvan awakening, from scapeshift and the mending of dominaria i'm going to come up with a list that I think could be suitable and I'll post it here. I actually really like this idea. I also don't think crucible of worlds are needed but could be a nice 1-2 of.
Has anyone tried running Dreamstealer in place of Champion of wits ? I've been play testing it and it's great. Aggro if they don't answer it either a because they answered your siphoner, or B because they don't have an answer, you're slowing them down very quickly in the card advantage department. A lot of times I find myself not wanting to cast champion as I don't want to discard anything to it. Late game eternalize or scarab god a dreamstealer against anything is just absolutely punishing.
If you're running field of ruins, side it out for the detection tower. but yeah, there isn't a whole lot we can do about the Mares, siding in sweltering suns can work. Hour of devastation works as well, but both will more than likely clear your board at that point in time or will be too late.
Lol so disallow in the umpteen thousand decklists I've seen is also unplayable? The Mana base works fine, uu/bb/rr is easy as hell to obtain. I only run cancel as I'm a cheap ass and don't wanna spend any more money.
Also there are 4 vraska in the main. If you're playing against red a 2 for one with chupacabra is great. Kill a creature and a body to block.
I think it would actually do quite well, maybe instead of 4 Chapion of Wits andGlint Sleeve Siphoner you could add a couple ofRavenous Chupacabra against red. It would be hilarious against control, they side out all their removal to be slapped in the face with midrange haha.
The thing is I'm not trying to make something someone has already created. The only reason I put creatures in is for radhi, but maybe I should go r/g/b ramp controllish? I'm not sure.
I'm sure everyone can get the idea of the deck. For those that don't, it's objective is to ramp into Fight with Fire/Banefire/Walking Ballista/Jaya's Immolating Inferno using Grand Warlord Radha/Jaya Ballard. I'm looking for some better minds than mine to help out with this build. Banefire is such a powerful card I want to create something fun (maybe not the most consistent winner). The deck is pretty scattered as I'm not sure exactly how I should go about it. Radha is cool, but he requires creatures to do his bidding, ramp needs ramp cards such as gift of paradise/Grow from the ashes. I feel as if I'm going to many directions at once. Any help would be appreciated! Sideboard would most likely be pretty standard.
OK so I am not going crazy. For some reason I was thinking everyone was playing it to be able to turn pyretic and desperate rituals mana different colors.
I have been reading in forums and blogs about U/R storm. I still don't understand how you at so many blue spells with only red Mana. They way Manamorphose reads is strange and I don't understand how it works. Could someone explain how manamorphose works.
